|
Re: 2011 NFL Free Agency Thread
How about Noel Devine? Anyone heard where this guy is going to land? I would like to see this kid fight it out for a spot in camp.
How about Hasselbeck here? I like Orton, would like to see what MS and KS could do with him. |
Re: 2011 NFL Free Agency Thread

Re: 2011 NFL Free Agency Thread
Well, I do believe he had said that account was hacked...but then again, doesn't everyone.
On the one hand it's another camp body. On the other Horton's and Doughty's already tenuous roster positions are slipping further away |
Re: 2011 NFL Free Agency Thread
For the record, nothing is official until they sign tomorrow. So these guys could change their minds
|
Re: 2011 NFL Free Agency Thread
I guess Will Hill's next tweet will be "taking a sh*t at Redskins Park."

Haha that's exactly what I was thinking. What's the over/under on how long it'll take him to get suspended for testing positive for pot? |

lol[/quote] Loll, it doesn't matter what kind of pot he tests positive for, because it's all not allowed, unfortunately for him. |

Haynesworth already has that area covered. |
Re: 2011 NFL Free Agency Thread
Texans are loaded at RB. Steve Slaton will be on the market at some point this preseason and may end up getting cut if they cant get a suitor. With the connection to KS and his ability would you all be in favor of adding him.
These next six weeks before the season starts is going to be crazy with so many players being signed an then possibly released at the beginning of the year it is going to be hard to keep up. :) |

I can see Horton being on the bubble, but Doughty has been an okay backup SS and a good special teams player. If we let both of them go who would be our primary backup SS? |

Well technically Doughty is a FA I believe. Not saying both are gone, just that neither's roster spot is safe |
Re: 2011 NFL Free Agency Thread
Colts sign Nate Davis
|

For one thing Doughty is a free agent, if they think they can sign a better FA then he's gone. |

Doughty and Horton are good back ups. I don't get the hate for those guys, esp Doughty. I guess ppl are still on his a$$ about that TD he gave up in the Houston game. Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk |

Sounds like Carson Palmer is indeed retiring.

Yeah Mike Brown was like (to paraphrase) "If he doesn't want to be here, we don't want him here"

Dumb. Seems like they could have at least gotten a couple of a mid rounders for him. |

Yup. And that's why the Bengals are and always will be the Bengals as long as Mike Brown is alive. |

Only if they were starters, but they are not. If they get signed by the team or let go is not a big deal. I just don't get why ppl expect backups to play like starters. Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk |
