Hehe.. Jonny's love for Rex Grossman is blinded him from the truth. It wouldn't matter if Rex had more turnovers then TD's in his 3 games last year. HE'S A GUNSLINGER AND HE LOVES HIM!!!

It's going to be John Beck as our starting QB Jonny.. Sorry to disapoint you man.

Last night reinforced Beck for me.. He's got the mobility to avoid some of the rush. They are both accurate and have decent arm strength. Rex still scares me because of his penchant for turnovers. He's still too much of a HTM (human turnover machine) for my tastes. Our defense is going to keep us in games this year, the QB just needs to not screw it up.

The QB's appear to be pretty even rating wise. I cast my vote on Grossman only because he seems to get the ball in the endzone. They both have thrown a pick so I don't understand the turnover argument.

The good news is that there are 2 QB's who can run the offense. The position that was under the most scruitiny during this past offseason is the same position that I feel the best about at this time.

It might really be rough choosing the wrs that make the roster cuz from one of Becks interviews, he seems to like stallworth. This is assuming that beck is chosen as the starter.

Rex Grossman can throw the football as good as anybody out there given the time. What's there not to like about that? Go to youtube and look at the bomb he throws to Berrian in the 2006 divisional playoffs. The Redskins will win the division with Grossman for sure, the whole team will play better due to his enigmatic presence.

Would you consider Mike and Kyle Shanahan to be "competent offensive coaches"? If so then if they ultimately decide to go with Beck wouldn't you say that they know a bit more than you do?

Rex has experienced more success than just about everybody on the Redskins roster. That's another reason why he IS THE LEADER of this team and should be the starting quarterback. Yeah, Rex and Jabar have the most big game experience on the Redskins offense, go figure they're Florida Gators.

Yeah, Kyle Shanahan brought Grossman here from Houston-Great move. John Beck looks good I'll admit, but standing within the parameters of the pocket and delivering the ball in the face of pressure is what makes a quarterback. Like I said the $1.2 million that Grossman is being paid is going to be the best investment the Redskins ever made.

What does Gruden know? He likes every quarterback he sees... I also guarantee Jake Locker is the best quarterback in this draft class by far. I wanted the Redskins to draft him despite my love and admiration for thee Rex Grossman, but Kerrigan has looked really good so far.

Every sports analyst is calling it, 70% of the fans are calling it. We all know and want it to be Beck.

I can't wait for it to be Beck, and all the haters like that tool bag on Jim Rome is burning can eat is humble pie and choke on it as Beck leads the Redskins to a great season, behind Hightower who will run for piles of yards
