Oh wow. That's not cheap, but hope that means they like what they see from him.

But yeah, that's not as cheap as most were expecting by signing him.

No, $1.6 million is the tax credit so in my theory the Redskins would only be docked $1.6 million.

Garcon turned down $7mil. a year to resign with the Colts. If we were gonna pry him loose we had to offer more. It's not like we offered a lot more.

He turned down 5 yrs / 35 million from the Colts, right? So you had to figure he would get paid more than that.

I like your theory. In a way it is fair. We get punished for breaking a handshake agreement but not ridiculously punished.

But I also read somewhere else (twitter Jeff Darlington maybe?) that he agrees that he needs to go to a zone blocking scheme.

The Redskins are not done shopping for wide receivers,expect them to be strongly involved in signing Eddie Royal they want 3 new WR's

Looks like a total overhauling of the WR corps this offseason. Moss likely gone too.

The type of drugs he sells/sold, Williams and Davis will get a lot of holding calls for hugging the opposing team during plays and telling them that they love them and asking why there can't be world peace. Afterwards they'll dance to solider boy in between plays whilst holding glow sticks.

Garcon- Fast, deep threat, and awesome after the catch
Morgan- Tough as nails, good hands, runs strong routes
Royal- Speedy slot guy that can also return the ball for us.

Im loving what we have done so far. These are looking like awesome new toys for RG3.

And best of all, there all 27 or under not pushing 30 like VJ

I would hate to exclude Moss, but this team does need to get younger. He's been a pivotal part of our offense for so long and he's a true Redskin. If Moss isn't on the team in 2012, I know it will be because Mike Shanahan wants to do the best thing possible to produce success. If Hankerson Gaffney, Garcon, Royal, and Morgan are our WRs heading into the 2012 season, then I'm all for it.
