When your QB is struggling, not hitting open guys, holding the ball too long, he's not accurate and stares down one guy what would you do? Even Aikman, Dungy and Collingsworth are pointing out his struggles. I love RG3 and his drive to be the best, but he's just not getting it done.

But that's me (and not really a solution at this point).

Totally agree. I'm not advocating for replacing Griffin with Cousins, but we're talking about a team with two wins here. How much of a disaster are we talking about?

It's obvious that Garcon is calling out RG3. The shot of him running wide open to the end zone holding his arms up while RG3 threw into triple coverage pretty much says it all. I mean QB 101, if a guy has three defenders around him, you might want to throw to someone else.

The article I read regarding this (granted quickly from Bleacher Report so take it for what it's worth) is that Garcon was careful to point out that he was upset about scheme and not RG3.

Possibly. This should be kept in the locker room though. Yes RG needs to grow up but so does Garcon. PG is a hyporcrite, he was brought here and paid to be a true #1 to a similar contract of VJackson if not mistaken. But he can be seen after every play talking smack, giving [B][NEAR DIRTYU][/U][/B] hits, but when the game is on the line (SEATTLE) he is shut down and blanketed.

Which is why I question who and how are the coaches grooming him?
Since last year, nobody has told him or gotten thru to him about being wreckless and seeking contact. I saw Rob jump off the injury table Sunday as if he was going back in and Dr Andrews threw up his hands like he cant get through Robs thick head. The game was lost, he was hurting, but rob wants to risk his entire future to drive us down field to lose by not as much ?!!?!!?! That's dumb as hell.

Its evident by the playcalling that they are throwing caution to the wind for the shanahan glory. Worst mistake ever to trade 3 1sts for Robert to let Kyle do as he wishes.

Instead of Kyle chasing after Ref's in the tunnel, cant he look up at the clock and light a fire under his own ass and attack?!

So can you promise that we can win more than once a month and get back to big boy football? If I want to watch a QB run the ball, horrible playcalling, and a non existent passing game, than I could go around the corner and cheer on my local high school.

Offense doesn't suck it's just inconsistent. 10th ranked in the NFL isn't that terrible but I agree 100% that changes need to be made at play calling.

It's about scoring points and putting the ball in the end zone, not yardage. Yesterday, the offense had one good drive the entire game.

The biggest issue right now and this is my opinion. Mike set this team up to run the rollouts and keep the offensive line moving like he has always done. I enjoy the offense when it plays like it should, but Kyle wants to perform 5 step drops and keep RG3 in the pocket.

It's not working..

How many boots did we see yesterday? Even when the run game was working? I only remember one and it was rolled out to the opposite side of RG3's arm.

Agreed. However, When Griff is healthy - him and almo can make almost any o-line look competent when running boots and r/o's.
They may have the rite size and speed for an o-line in the zbs, but they do not have the dang talent or fight.

What's crazy is our offense is so inconsistent that we could win our next 3 games against Minn, Philly, and SD and still be 5-5 going in to SF.

I do feel like a Britt, or another WR threat on the other side of the field could do wonders.

Our remaing road games are all winable games. We have KC, sanfran and san diego at home. We need to go 7-2 to capture the division imo. One game at a time.
