Curious about who deserves credit for building the teams that have been good in recent years (like Newsome/Ravens and Belichick/Patriots. Who's responsible for the Niners and Seahawks? Does Elway pick personnel for the Broncos?

Carroll is in control of everything in Seattle, although Schneider has a huge influence, but in the end its Carroll's decision. Baalke has been with San Fran for a while and I believe controls a lot of player decisions.

That's a tough one. The pick makes it a hard sell for me because Josh Gordon already has 2 strikes for failed drug tests. I would do it if it were a third. However i would jump all over the deal of Cousins and our second to get Joe Haden. Reminds me a lot of the Champ bailey deal but instead it would be working in our favor. Getting a shutdown corner would do wonders for our secondary.

Not sure why an extension would matter. I look at Talib, basically a one year add for the Patriots who paid a pretty good dividend. If we got Haden in a reasonable trade that could be a win for us. Of course those type trades rarely result in a win for the Skins :(

If there is a football god this will be true. I don't care about manning but it sounds like a systemic issue with the org. They need their ass knocked down a few pegs. I can only dream of criminal charges.

There isn't going to be anything to tie them to this, and I think federal investigators have already looked into this. I'm sure they know they were involved, but have little to no evidence to make a case with.

"Gameworn" has always been a bit of a scam. sometimes players would put on 7-8 jerseys right before a game, immediately take them off and ta-da, it's "game worn". not that you'd be able to tell between that and new in package anyways.

I find this ironic and hilarious that they of all people would be sponsoring such a product. This whole act was well planned out and well rehersed by Martin and his team of handlers. Would love to see him blacklisted by teams.

I continue to lose respect for Dungy. Why isnt there more fallout on the team about if the situation was so racially charged? Folks if this was really the case, we would be hearing from more players, right? But the team actually back Incognito....why?

I'm starting to lean towards the whole "Martin made this whole bullying case up to deflect from the fact that he was benched" side of this. I've never cared for Incognito but the more I hear about this the more I think "I could care less about all parties involved." It's so weird the report that Incognito turned to Martin when the whole situation started to get blown up and asked him to diffuse the situation By then Martin had stopped texting him.

Had Incognito actually threatened Martin, no way he asks for his help. Guy like that fights his own fights.

I'm not going to pretend like I understand bro type of relationships but seeing the texts they sent to each other, it definitely seems like they were friendly... In a frat bro kinda way.

Jury is still out on whether or not we made the rite move imo. I voted no on the poll question along with almost everyone else though because no one person could have made that big of a difference on this team last year.

Yeah I think the bullying angle is weak, looking at their texts suggests a more typical relationship amongst dudes. Like I said I think this whole bullying stuff is just to cover the fact that Martin got benched. Being a high drafted pick that got benched in your second year? That's pretty embarrassing.

Their relationship was completely misguided by the media.

There doesn't seem to be much to the story that Martin was bullied. There may be something to a notion of drugs being a problem on the Oline in MIA and causing problems with Martin both on and off the field. Just because he was never busted doesn't mean it didn't cause him problems mentally.

One other thing.. The Pouncey's are bad news.
