This is good. For a change of pace I'll go to the Ketchup/Mayo combo I got from my times in Germany. |

Bobby's Burger Palace (the Bobby Flay burger restaurant) has this Chipotle ketchup mix, which is delicious with fries. |
Re: WTF @ Bills post game thread
Ketchup is a condiment for children. It's awful and everyone that likes it needs to grow up, you're not 5 anymore.
I love dipping fries in whatever that peppercorn steak sauce at medium rare is. |

Re: WTF @ Bills post game thread
There was a period in my life, college, where I put tzatziki sauce on everything; fries, chips, burgers, tacos, young co-eds, etc
I can’t touch the stuff anymore tho…only on special occasions. I can’t have it back to back days cause then I won’t stop til tip scales at 450-500 lbs |

Second, since we are mentioning Mayo, then we are all are speaking only about Dukes Mayo because any other Mayo is pure garbage. |
Re: WTF @ Bills post game thread
Haha. Seriously.
Bills Post Game and Condiments Thread
Which leads me to Buffalo sauce. I make the best Buffalo sauce. Simple recipe. Franks original red hot. Two sticks salted butter per bottle. Add a fresh squeezed lime, a healthy dash of Worcestershire, and some honey. Not a lot of honey. A healthy dash. Let that shit simmer in a pot until the butter is melted. Don’t boil it. Put it all in there and simmer it. Oh man. |

Dude, mixing ketchup and dukes Mayo in your kitchen is not Russian dressing. Put down the fucking bong Ree Drummond |
Re: WTF @ Bills post game thread
Russian dressing is a bit more involved than just mayo and ketchup lol
|
Re: WTF @ Bills post game thread
I think we can all agree the hierarchy here on fry dipping
1. steak juice 2. garlic aioli 3. ketchup/mayo mix 4. naked w lots of finishing salt or old bay |
Re: WTF @ Bills post game thread
I like frank's red hot and some tabasco on fries
|
Re: WTF @ Bills post game thread
Canes sauce for the win

Tabasco is the sponsor of my family. My dad and me put that on EVERYTHING when I lived there. Hot sauce, like beer, has millions of options now. So I use tons of different sauces. But always have at least a s all bottle of Tabasco in the frigee. They are good on fries. All things potatos are good with it. |
Re: WTF @ Bills post game thread
No malt vinegar? That is a go too down on the boardwalk

Fresh cut fries definitely don't need any sauce, just some nice coarse salt |

I usually always have a Tabasco + a Cholula or El Tapatio at my house at all times. Then add at least 1 wild card hot sauce to the stock room lol. |

Re: WTF @ Bills post game thread
Love Cholula and Tabasco. It depends on what I am eating. Tabasco is my grit go too. Eggs generally is Cholula.
Not to change topics too much but a think last year Frenchie mentioned a cheese that he literally described as sexually arousing. Can't remember the name of it. If he sees this I hope replies with the name, but if it is cheese that good I need to get my hands on some. |
