Watched [B]One Battle After Another[/B] recently which is the new DiCaprio. Pretty cool movie. Oddly enough didn't go great in the box office but reviews are strong. Intense. DiCaprio and Sean Penn are very good in this.

Watched [B]Sinners[/B] recently with Michael B. Jordan. Unique movie that it combines history with a bit of sci fi. Michael B. Jordan was excellent in this. Action scenes were good. Film was very well done, and this is from a person that doesn't usually like sci fi.

Different than anything I've seen with all the elements incorporated: 1930's setting, sci-fi, racism etc. all bundled into 1. Michael B. Jordan is the real deal as an actor. Got hooked on him in Creed. Awesome movies.

I saw the Ryan Gosling sci-fi flick; Hail Mary Project.

A little slow at times but a great movie.

Took my daughter to see [B]Hoppers[/B]. Super cute and any kid would like it. Heck any adult would probably like it too. Great mix of comedy, action, and even heartfelt. Will really enjoy if you like animals.

I watched [B]Days of Thunder[/B] recently. Yes I know it's old but still a great movie and I'm not an auto racing guy. Cast is excellent with Cruise, Duvall, O'Reily, Kidman, etc. People can say what they want about Tom Cruise but no one can deny he makes great movies.

I watched [B]Crime 101 [/B]recently on Prime. A heist thriller with Chris Hemsworth and Halle Berry. Not too bad. Some intense scenes. Thought it'd be better but worth a watch if you like the types of movies or the stars.

Watched the new Wahlberg [B]Balls Up[/B]. Plot was pretty lame but some funny scenes overall. I'm a huge Marky Mark fan which spurned my interest and entails sports. [B]4/10[/B]

Saw Michael today. Damn the critics, it was good snippet of key moments in his life from childhood to Bad era. I loved it. [B]9/10.[/B]

One of critics complaints it was a sanitized version and didn’t address the pedo scandals. For one those scandals happened in the 90’s and 00’s.
They actually filmed scenes covering at least the first accusations but legally they had to remove those.

There probably will be a sequel movie covering the rest of his life and those scandals probably addressed in those.

His father Joe was a piece of shit, living off his son’s talents, particularly Michael. You can see why Michael ended up the way he did; he literally had no childhood.

Dude was on top of the music world at one point and has created a lot of timeless music.

Did see [B]Michael[/B] today. Awesome movie which keeps you interested the entire time. Jaafar Jackson does an incredible job playing him. Should be performance of year. Everything about him makes you think it is the real Michael even the voice.

Watched [B]Uncut Gems[/B] recently with Adam Sandler. Wow. A raw look at a gambling addict. Sandler is in rare form in this one and kills this role. Intense movie that involves sports also. Worth a watch.

Watched [B]Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story [/B]recently. Hilarious. If you like funny stuff with John C. Reilly (Stepbrothers, Talladega Nights, etc.) this is perfect for you. Cast overall is really good including Tim Meadows and Kristen Wiig.

Saw the WW2 flick Pressure. The pressure is on a meteorologist to give Ike(Brandon Frasier) a forecast, so he can know when to go ahead with the D-day invasion. Whether to go on the planned date or not. Based on a true story.

Brandon was great as General Eisenhower.

Gets an [B]9/10.[/B][/quote]Saw it also. Excellent movie. Acting was fantastic in this movie as well as the intensity. Loved the fact that it wasn't 3 hours long either. This is a great movie if you like history or not and really illustrates the springboard that helped the Allies win WWII.

Saw Masters of the Universe. It was just okay. Nothing really special about it . You get a cameo appearance from the He-Man in the 1987 movie.

Skeletor was stupid at times in this movie.

Saw [B]The Breadwinner[/B] today. Movie is very, very funny. One of the best family comedies I've seen honestly. Never leaves you bored and great laughter the whole time about a father forced to be a stay at home Dad for a bit.
