It faces forward on both sides of the helmet, it should match on the jersey. It looks like a mistake.

If I buy that jersey I'm having some East LA sweatshop knock out a reversed logo and I'm replacing it.

Yes, cool page.[/quote]i agree that it looks like a mistake. i would say that the original looks like a mistake, but the 80th anniversary is just following that original design.

slightly different animal, but i don't think the steelers are ever going to add the logo to the other side of their helmets

i think our gold pants would go better w the solid burgundy socks we wear w white pants. something about the vertical stripes of the pants and the horizontal stripes of the socks, idk.

still beats the stupid white socks w 1 thick gold stripe and 1 thick burgundy stripe we used to wear w the burgundy pants.

trivia for you, monkeydad, how many teams have striped socks vs how many teams have solid socks?

I think the striped socks are an ode to the classic 'skins. Now that I have gotten used to the gold pants, I would like for them to have a bit more updated look with the current color scheme - updated stripes or something.

Oh no, I hate the all white look. I wasn't a fan of the white on gold, but I'm starting to warm up to that, but the all white is just too much of a washed out look for me.
