Patriots 42
Skins 3

Jason C will probably throw 2-3 ints I say one gets returned for a td. Portis will fumble and everyone on this board should not be surprised with the A** kicking the skins will receive.
I'm smelling a lot of homerism around here, and I must say...it smells like warm apple pie...lol!:D

This is going to be the toughest test for us yet. With that said, we always show up in big games, and I believe we will bring our A game with us. Playing teams that are waaaay better than you makes you better as well. I have always believed that. With that said, win or lose, I believe this game is going to give this team a lot of confidence.

With that said, my head believes the Patriots will win this game, but it's going to be very hard fought. They will have to earn every single point they score. If I go with my head, it will be the Patriots 26 Redskins 16.

Ok, now I'm going with my heart. We have history on our side. The Patriots haven't beaten us since, what, the early 70's? We have beaten the Patriots with Tom Brady before, and I believe we can do it again. This will be a true "Rocky Balboa" story for us. Everybody will believe that if we can stand toe to toe with the Patriots until the last second of the game, it will be a moral victory for us. I say we can shock the world and beat them on their field in front of their fans. 20-17.

Oh, and Cowboys fans (not the good ones who post here regularly but the trolls,) Dallas may have a better offense than we do right now, but their defense isn't nearly as nasty as our defense. The Patriots will realize we're for real.

WOW I didn’t realize my prediction post was such a big thing. I guess you guys just over look the Redskin fans on this site posting predictions of 42-6, 42-7- 42-0, 50-0, 42-10 etc. So don’t come at me a Cowboy fan with this BS.

saden1,GTripp0012,skinsfan_nn,warriorzpath,Sheriff Gonna Getcha you need to talk to your own warpathers who are Redskin fans before for you talk about my score prediction.

Christ, you mean to tell me not one person on this godforsaken site didn't realize before the season start its going to be 16-0 for the Pats. It’s like there freaking destiny to go undefeated. I see only 2 teams right now that might be able to handle them, Colts and Steelers. Giants might if they can get to the QB but Eli will probably throw the game away.

You're just being dumb.

That's the difference. You posted a score on a Skins board that had the Skins getting beat by 39 points, a margin of victory greater than any Pats victory this year. What did you think was going to happen?

BTW, the Pats play both the Steelers and Colts this year. It either is their destiny to go undefeated, or it isn't. It can't be their destiny to go 16-0, except 1/8 of the season when the team they are playing is good. That makes no sense.
I was trying to figure out why all the 'Pokes fans were hijacking this thread, which in no way concerns them. Then I remembered:

1) Bye week in Dallas and they are getting bored.

2) They got ripped a new one by the Pats and are REALLY hoping the Skins take it hard so they won't feel so bad about themselves.

3) Cowboys fans not from Texas (I can at least deal with the locals, they have no choice) are just a bunch of bandwagon riders anyway so they just went and found the top game of the week and decided to ride the NE wagon for a few days.

Go find your own forum and come back in Nov. when the Cowboys are actually involved, or at least offer some intelligent analysis. You are adding absolutely nothing to the conversation.
1) yes Dallas is on a bye week

2) Yes Dallas lost

3) The Dallas fans that attend the Cowboy games on Sundays are such a disappointment. Do you ever hear crowd noise...NO you dont.

When the hell do you have to be from Texas or from the same place the team is to be a fan of a team. Dallas is the only team for most people from the South like my family in TEN, ARK, Miss, Alabama, and Texas. Bandwagoner is a person that I can never be. I think you need to check yourself first.

FYI I know the Steelers and Colts play the Pats thats why I posted it.

Dumb huh, that is something that is uncalled for but that just shows me who you really are.

What difference? Did you read your post before you posted it. My margin of victory is 39 while some Redskin fans margin of victroy for the Pats is 42, 50 etc. People are not being homers, those scores are in favor of the Pats and not the Skins. They are being real fans. A true fan of a game knows when its not gonna happen.

New score prediction only if you can control the game clock because the Pats are good at that.

Pats 31 Skins 14

Pats 31 Skins 14
That's better (it actually has a chance to happen).

If you don't say something ignorant and derogatory to the favored team of this board, I won't call you on it. Promise.

Redskins 21

We play good but have no chance.

Ok. I was staring at my computer at the office today and just decided we need to skip this damn game. Realistically, you all know our D will spend the whole f'n game on the field, which means huge injury risks at a time when we're just getting healed up and we have a tough stretch ahead. Pats are AFC anyway, who the hell cares about this game! We need to be healthy to have a chance against NFC opponents, especially till Thomas gets back and we can reestablish the running game.

I already hate this f'n game. If we can get through w/o major injuries I'll consider it a win for us (I already predicted CP gets seriously injured in this game, and I still think it's going to happen).

A true fan of THE game, maybe. But I think a true fan of a TEAM always has confidence and hope that their team will win.

I knew the Cowboys had no chance at defeating New England, simply because they have no defense. I am ABSOLUTELY certain you thought your team had a chance. So do we. A better chance, I might add, because we have a defense that's worth something.
Skins - 19
Pats - 17

this will propel us up to about the 5th spot, the league will be shocked and this game will be talked about alway to the superbowl, with this win, we will finish the season tied with Giants 11-5, and Dallas will be a wildcard, Jason Campbell will put together some great 3rd Down drives...... we will trail until the 4th until we start to get the breaks we missed against the packs and giants......our running game will be better than soild, with Ben Watson out and no Sammy Morris aling.....we will come up big on D... this will probably cost us a big player on defense (injury for 3 weeks), but for this to work, we need Marcus Washington and Casey Rabach
im stick by my pick.....we will unleash HELL
