Hey, are you DC locals getting the game in High Def?

I'm down here in Roanoke, and as usual, this crap is in Standard Def. But because its the Redskins Broadcast network, it looks even WORSE than Standard Def.

Tried to find a place to complain on Redskins site looking for the broadcast network, but no dice.

This is 2010. the game is being recorded in HD, it should be broadcast in HD just like it is on NFL Network everywhere else in the country.

I tell ya, baltimore had to run a fake punt which happen to injure our starting safety...wow what a pussy play for the preseason. had a little more respect for baltimore

Watching in Roanoke on NBC Channel 10 WSLS through Cox Cable. I actually turned it off. am going to DVR the HD version tomorrow on NFL Network. It's basically unwatchable. You can make out the numbers on their uniforms but not the names or the ball when it flies through the air.

Thankfully when the regular season starts all the games will still be on in HD, assuming our affiliates still consider themselves in the Washington Market. (Sometimes they change their mind and are Carolina Panthers when the Redskins have a terrible season.)

Yeah, I agree it's not that big a deal. Preseason is a good time to try all sorts of crazy plays. However if I was the Ravens I would hate the fact that we now have a successful fake punt on film before the season starts.

Anyway Moss is about to have a huge year.
