Of course he is worse, he's on a worse team. He was surrounded by talent in DC and he couldn't put it together, why would he in the raiders orginization with less talent?
I'll go out on a limb and say in a week or 2 or 3, campbell with have a good "statistical" day and someone will come on here and say something about it. Every QB in the league is good...otherwise they wouldn't be in the league. The difference is some learn as they go and they strive to get better and better, and have the talent and drive to do so. This is what creates consistency. I said it before campbell left, he will never be as good as he was at the end of last season. I don't even think he has the ambition to be better. He will always be a mediocre at best QB, and that's better than I can say for myself since I am no professional. It is what it is.
