Yeah! You see the big picture, what is everybody else looking at?

DeAngelo Hall and others have said that Shanahan called for those Cover Zeros. 99% positive Hall (or maybe someone else) even said it while Shanahan was here "Shanahan loves to call that cover zero"

As for London-Haslett. Haslett's underachieved, even with the obstacles laid in front of him. He and Raheem are the leaders of that coaching staff and both should be let go as soon as the season ends.

But for all the times staff, coaches, players, media looked the other way and protected this image of London Fletcher, for all the times he missed assignments on the field, for all the times he didn't allow better/healthier players to take the field to preserve his "ironman" streak, for all the times Haslett-even though the relationship was strained-praised London publicly despite his shortcomings. For all that, London repays him like this? Fuck London Fletcher

There is a huge difference between what Percy Harvin did and being proactive in trying to resolve a problem. You have never voiced dissatisfaction with something where you work?

^ ahhh I get it now. But still, fuck Fletcher and Haslett, and Haslett is the one the team can do something about.

Yeah i forgot the lame ironman streak thing...I really have a problem with the whole thing, but to go after his kid like that as well, what kind of a man does that? That is truely repulsive

My view is that sanctification and dissatisfaction are personal and temporal in nature and irrelevant to decision making in the workplace. The workplace is about collaboration and having empirical data to support positive change or innovation.

Since none of us were in the locker room with Fletcher it's hard to know what kind of changes he tried to bring about while on the team. And now that he is not on the team and he is able to speak freely about his experience in the locker room I think we need to appropriate that instead of thinking he is an asshole for speaking up.

Chase Hasslett entered the conversation out of his own volition and we are not talking about a 10 yo here. I do think London shouldn't have addressed him at all since he's not worth responding to but I ain't mad about it.

Mike Shanahan isn't there anymore so who is going to get blamed now? Perhaps the problem wasn't Shanahan but Haslett? Perhaps Like Fletcher Shanahan recognized his futility?

...you know me, I don't even blame Haslett he's just a squirrel trying to get a nut from the ultimate numbnut.

Ditto. Matich and Mitchell have given some brutal well deserved criticisms this year. They have called out players and coaches as harsh as anyone has. Every criticism they have made seems valid and coming from a genuine desire to see improvement.

The tone and purpose of Fletcher's statements about Haslett seem totally different. It sounds personal and self-serving.

As a fan, you never really know what happens behind the scenes and what people are really like when the cameras are off but the personal attack on a guy who carried him last year seems unfair.

That being said, I hope he doesn't return as D coordinator next year.
