Rex Ryan is an excellent communicator, both internally and externally. Meaning within team and he's great with the media. He knows how to take pressure off of players and onto himself. Players and coaches will do anything for the guy. Of course, I'm not saying this is all 100% but overall he's simply a great leader. I wanted to hate Rex Ryan, because of who his dad is. More I got to know him though, I'm totally impressed

All that said, he's got to improve from EJ Manuel if he wants to truly have success. I think EJ is actually worse than Geno Smith

I think I could see the Bills signing Ray Rice. A power running game is a bad QB's best friend.

Thank you ,didn't realize you had gotten to know him . Just to me anyway he comes off as a clown ,I just don't think there is a need for it and my thought was the "bragging" just puts more unneeded pressure on the team .
