I think Jays agenda was to get Colt another shot not get the best out of all his QBs and focus on the future Franchise QB specifically.



No Haskins isn't ready but he never had a shot at being ready either.

I also believe all the leaks about Haskins being forced on Jay was leaked by Jay.
The video of Jay partying was retaliation from the team.

Regardless of all this bullshit, Jay isn't a professional head coach and this isn't a professional organization.
