Which is why I'm more of a fan of trading back and stockpiling picks. The only way I'm standing pat in the top 3-4 is if whoever is the new decision-maker thinks the franchise QB is on the board and it makes sense to take him there.

No way. As what? He is done forever- should have been a while ago. He isn’t going to take a LB coach job or something. Who would want this guy to have anything to do with personnel or x’s and o’s?

I don’t see him coaching again either.
One and done HCs go back to a coordinator role. Ron is a tenured HC. Hes also aged about 20 years in the last 4. Hope he takes time for himself.

No doubt but Ron could have at least left a crumb of talent so that we don’t need to hit on every pick and FA. He really, really made things difficult. Just an all time massacre of a roster.

Cosmi, BRob , Terry on offense.

But yes overall this team doesn’t have a Face of the franchise type player. That has to change asap
