Down comes the sky that
Holds Q-3 to high regard
Unless BSB
Is appointed by Warpath
This is what norris foretold

Chuck Norris is right
One and only BSB
Holds the only key
Chuck Norris foresees greatness
With BSB in the lead

He demands it
For Norris knows all to be
His house has no doors
Only walls that he walks through
Now he demands BSB

If you don’t comply
He will eat your first child raw
With teeth like a saw
Solver of many problems
He can divide by zero

Using this great skill
He has chosen by his will
That the BSB
Must win the warpath idol
For this is THE BSB

where did 21 in your name came from?

You know 1 out of 114 people that graduated from college in america went to PSU? That is a lot.
21 is just my lucky number and birthdate (and the age I wish I could be perpetually).

And that 1 out of 114 stat just goes to show you how easy it must be to get a degree from there.........heck, my diploma is written in crayon. LOL

Actually I hadn't heard that statistic, but I guess it makes sense. The last numbers I heard the main campus has over 40,000 students, but statewide I believe there are over 80,000 (PSU has a very large satellite campus population......you can get a 4 year degree at a number of other campuses without ever going to University Park).

thanks, but yeah I wanted to go to PSU. I got a letter a few days before decision time and in it talked about that stat. It must make it easier to get jobs because everyone talks about the PSU alumni network. Are you at university park? I wanted to go there and watch football and because business there is good but I still love my terps. PSU is just mean to out of state people when it comes to money.

Now that there are like 15 days left of high school i am having a great time but I want to go to college now.

I graduated from University Park in 1999. Now I work in Philly and live just outside the city. The PSU network is certainly huge. You really can't go anywhere (particularly in this state) without running into a PSU alum. Out-of-staters really do have it tough though. In-state it's a huge bargain IMO.

I envy you though. I wish I could go back and do it all over again. If college doesn't end up being the best time of your life, you're doing something wrong. There's just nothing better than being an undergrad. Enjoy the time, because the real world suuuuccckkks.

TMC, Brud, and I are reluctant to name a winner because then this thread serves no purpose anymore and we'd have to shut it down. And no one wants that.

BSB and PSU are neck and neck with FRPLG closing in fast (yeah who saw that one coming?). Of course, Matty keeps making threats to have a bunch of us banned if he's not "voted" the winner

But all of them are battling for second place as PHX has taken a commanding lead

Round 64, using only quotes from Homer (the author or Simpson) describe your most intimate moments with Question 3 (remember there are kids on this site, like mooby)

I know, your name is Jamaican'Skin, it's a prerequisite for you to have all Bob Marley CDs, just as living in the redneck-ass town I live in, it's a prerequisite for me to own a large truck.

However, I do not and now none of the big kids want to play with me. :(

Re: Question 3 Idol....Warpath, You Decide!

"Lord help me, I'm just not that bright." So I have no idea how I'm going to compete in this round. And I have concerns because "Trying is the first step towards failure." But if I've learned one thing from Homer Simpson, it's to never give up or refuse to do something simply because I don't like it, because "if you don't like your job you don't strike, you just go in every day and do it really half-assed. That's the american way!" So here goes:

For me, Question 3 has always been difficult to really wrap my head around. In some ways, I feel like Homer when he struggled to understand the meaning of "VIP":
Homer: "Miss, what does the I stand for?"
Guide: "Important."
Homer: "Ewwwwww. How about the V?"
Guide: (Slightly bothered) "Very."
Homer: "Ohhh. Miss just one more questio......"
Guide: (Annoyed) "Person"
Homer: "Ahhhhh. What does the I stand for again?"

In fact, there are times I thought maybe Question 3 was never really a question that was meant to have an answer. Maybe it's like the following exchange:
Mother Simpson: [singing] "How many roads must a man walk down / Before you can call him a man... "
Homer: "Seven."
Lisa: "No, dad, it's a rhetorical question."
Homer: "OK, eight."
Lisa: "Dad, do you even know what "rhetorical" means?"
Homer: "Do I know what "rhetorical" means?"

So perhaps the confusion that is Question 3 really lies with those of us foolish enough to try to answer it.

In any event, through all the confusion I have come to find love and appreciation for Question 3. Question 3 filled a void for me. "There's an empty spot I've always had inside me. I tried to fill it with family, religion, community service. But those were all dead ends. I think [Question 3] is the answer."

It was tough at first, since I couldn't even be sure Question 3 was stated in proper English, but so what. "English! Who needs that? I'm never going to England." So after I was able to set Question 3's imperfections aside, I just remembered what Homer said -- "Well, you know boys, a nuclear reactor is a lot like a woman. You just have to read the manual and press the right button." -- and applied it to Question 3. And it helps that Question 3 could accept me for who I was: "Ah, sweet pity: where would my love life have been without it?" It's been pure bliss between Question 3 and me ever since.

Now if you'll excuse me "I'm going to the back seat of my car with the [Question] I love, and I won't be back for ten minutes!"

I was asked to use links to the movie The Shining with in a racist manner, much like my mentor and teammate ST21 would do. But I then began to wonder, why would the black guy have to do that just to gain points in the white man's eyes? The white man should be doing work for me, he should be my slave.

I then went and hired a WHITE personal assistant (who I payed BELOW minimum wage, might I add) who had actually watched The Shining and he aided me, I mean I whipped him till he aided me in providing quotes from the movie.

First of all, I'd like to say that this is an all white movie, and I am very offended that the white man would ask me to participate in providing racist information.

How can I love a movie that has a line which states
Lloyd: Women. Can't live with them, can't live without them.
Jack Torrance: Words of wisdom, Lloyd, my man. Words of wisdom.

We will assume that all people came from Africa, and use the Bible refeence that Eve came from Adam's rib. Well clearly most people in Africa are black therefore Adam and Eve were black, and Eve came from Adam whcih leads us back to our quote. Clearly women needs to be replaced by Blacks which makes both characters racist, if the charactersare racist, then the director and crew are racist. If this is so, then the production company is racist. Those who approved of the movie are racist, including the critics. If you went and watched the movie, you're racist. The white man is out to get me, the black athlete, the black actor, and every other black person in the world. And if you think I'm wrong, I'll whoop your ass
