Be real. VY on this team wouldn't be able to do a better job. If he has no line, like we don't here he wouldn't be a fraction of the QB that he is in Nashville. He is a good scrambler, but not much of a passer. He has the benefit of a really good line that can run block and a backfield that is one of the best in the NFL. Here he would have better receivers than he does in Tenn, but I would say that his running backs are better and his line is better. Even though he can run around, he would be suffering like Campbell is right now.

This is what I'm talking about. Vince Young leads the Titans in a comeback victory with no time left on the clock, defeating Matt Leinert once again. Here's how the numbers played out. Leinert 21 of 31 for 220 yards no TD's 88.1 rating. Vince Young 27-43 387 yards 1 TD, rating 99.7. I think this settles it once and for all.

Vince but I have to say JC has been playing better even with the INTs today. I like to see what a few great lineman would do for him. But that maybe years away...great drafted O lineman on this team!

Today Vince Young made plays with his arm. He had almost 400 yards and drove his team 98 yards to win the game. Pretty impressive stuff. Maybe Young has finally grown up.

Yeah, because that 0-6 team he came in for was WAY better than the Skins. Their elite O line and world-class running backs were just pummeling everyone in their wake. Vince just came in to be a game manager. He wasn't asked to do much at all. :confused:

Which means that they would have had to be an above average defense since the bye.

Not to take anything away from Young, who is absolutely holding up his end of the bargain. Nothing wrong with pointing out that he has a top 5 OL and the most dynamic RB in the NFL. Hey, Kerry Collins had those things too and he wasn't getting it done.

I don't see the o-line breakdown for Vince, the o-line don't get dumb false start & holding penalties making huge holes for the QB to get out of. The o-line blocks good enough for CJ to have a realistic shot at 2,000 yards this season. Get real there are more thing to factor it with the QB play.

I actually give Bud Adams all the credit. If it weren't for him the Titans would be 0-11 right now;) In all seriousness, he doesn't deserve all the credit, but he deserves most of it. If it was Vince Young who went 0-6, everyone would say it was his fault because he's not ready, can't pass, wonderlic, etc. No one deserves more credit than him for the turnaround and that's a fact.

Honestly, I don't think Vince is any better than Campbell. Yeah he came back yesterday against an Arizona team minus Kurt Warner (who if played probably would have helped make that game out of reach).

Vince is just the same if not worse than Campbell IMO.
