Re: Black Monday: NFL Coaches and Executives Carousel
Outta Cleveland heard some people saying the FO wasnt impressed by how Kelly handled himself. So seems like Eagles would be a good fit. I dont expect too much from Kelly honestly, so hopes he ends up in Philly.
Love the hire by Buffalo, think that could work. Dont see Vick going there anymore. |
I would hire whisenhunt if I'm Cleveland, I just think he's a damn good coach. Probably the best out there that's available IMO.

I think its tied between him and Lovie Smith. Except I might give the edge to Lovie because his team was still relevant recently |

Yeah, I agree. Whiz managed to win somewhat in cheapskate Arizona. Imagine what he could do with some financial support. |
He made the cardinals relevant and I believe he would make Cleveland the same. Now Buffalo? Idk what the hell they r doing

Re: Black Monday: NFL Coaches and Executives Carousel
Whisenhunt is the best HC available. He needs to be Chicagos next HC. Mirror image team that he had in 08 in AZ with a good QB and WR and RB

Cutler isn't the QB warner was though |

Are we only considering HCs that were fired this week? |
Are we only considering HCs that were fired this week?
No I mean best out there that's been listed anyway. I'd hire him in a heartbeat look what he did in AZ. |

Yes. Surprised we haven't heard any Jon Gruden/Bill Cowher rumors yet. Is there any chance either of them come back to coaching? |

He took a super bowl talented team and drove it into the ground. Am I missing something? |
He took a super bowl talented team and drove it into the ground. Am I missing something?
He took the Arizona cardinals to the super bowl, the same joke cardinals team everyone laughed at for ever. He had some down years last couple but he's a good coach. |
Looks like Kelly is staying in Oregon.

He took them from losers to the superbowl first though. |

When the Cards were doing good it looked like a great hire, but I have a hard time understanding why he went with piles of combined dogshit at qb for 3 straight years. I mean I just have a hard time understanding why coaches think they can get by with these subpar qb's in a qb driven league. |

People forget how terrible Warner looked in NY before he went to AZ. Whisenhunt did a bad job replacing Warner, but he's a pretty good coach. He just needs a good personnel guy. Sent from my GT-P5113 using Tapatalk 2 |
I never thought Kolb was worth what they gave him, but his fail was their fail.

Re: Black Monday: NFL Coaches and Executives Carousel
David Caldwell named Jaguars GM per Fox Sports
|
Re: Black Monday: NFL Coaches and Executives Carousel
Cardinals promoted somebody i've never heard of to GM, so i guess Morocco stays here

I got confused when I read tweets about this, I thought they were talking about Jim Caldwell. LOL. |

Rob Ryan gone?

That's pretty odd news. I assume this single handedly is thanks to RG3 |
Re: Black Monday: NFL Coaches and Executives Carousel
As @BrianCoz and ESPN Dallas report, Cowboys have fired DC Rob Ryan.
|
Re: Black Monday: NFL Coaches and Executives Carousel
Yep Ryan fired. LMAO Dallas sucks
|
Re: Black Monday: NFL Coaches and Executives Carousel
There goes that Ryan legacy! Over rated, fat **** big mouths like their daddy Buddy.
|
Re: Black Monday: NFL Coaches and Executives Carousel
IDK I think Rob kind of got screwed over, He had like 8 starters out due to injury and was playing with No Names for a while. I think this is JJ just trying to flex his muscles and didn't want to fire Jason Garrett so he fired RR
|
Re: Black Monday: NFL Coaches and Executives Carousel
LOL...I am so glad that fat slob got the can. Just looking at him was annoying.

**** that. He was great. I enjoy his defenses giving up 20+ points in a quarter. Allowing a rookie RB to shred them for 200+ yards knowing the QB is gimp. I was hoping he'd get a contract extension...lol |

idk, i liked seeing his mad/confused look on their sideline...

Sent from my GT-P5113 using Tapatalk 2
Terrible is a strong word here, they had a winning record and he had a couple bad games. The Giants were looking for any reason to get Manning in. Arizona's success was all about Warner, they were instantly bad again when he retired. |

I think this is incorrect. As per NFL.com: "Ryan's future might not be as safely mapped out as he believes. In Ryan's nine seasons as a defensive coordinator none of his teams has posted a winning record. Then again, Rex Ryan could always add a new attraction to the circus by clearing room for his twin brother." And by the way, since when did injured plauyers provide a lot of cover? The Packers won a SB with 15 players on IR. We had awful -- just awful -- injuries to contend with this year. So did lots of other teams. But Rob Ryan's defense utterly collapsed late in the season when they needed to step up. Too bad -- I loved sticking it to that clown. |

All I was saying is the d was pretty good until Lee and Ratliff went down |

So does Rob Ryan want to join Rex in NY?
