Although they paid a lot, it was either him or no one sweat is high impact pro bowl potential player. Our defense is set. We also have a starting qb. One hell of a good night! 2 very high impact players!!!

QB and edge are the most important positions in today’s NFL.
I don’t know if these guys will work out but addressed the two biggest needs for the team.

So basically they gave up next years 2nd and swapped this years 2nd to move up back in the first. IDK, if he turns out to be a great player well worth it. We're doing to good job so far I think.

Please validate, I thought it was we gave up this year's and next year's 2nd for the first to select sweat

Correct. We gave up the 2019 and 2020 2nd round picks to move up to the bottom of the 1st round.

We still have two 3rd round picks.

There are some good WRs that will be available for us in the 3rd round. I think there will be good options in the 5th round.

So let me get this straight....Pass on Darnold and draft a RB. Trade pass rusher and elite WR...and draft a QB who may sit for 3 years at the 6 pick in the draft?

How is any of this good?

My brother-in-law and his son (my nephew) who are Giants fans were fuming last night. I honestly think the Redskins baited the Giants into taking Jones at #6.

I think the Skins will trade up into RD2 to grab a stud WR. They know they have to get Haskins some weapons.
