So far we have missed a FG, didn't take 3 because he would have just blew-itt again, dove short of the end-zone and not converted a QB sneak, and dropped a touchdown.
Really shitty football teams do this. And that's a perfect description of us.
yep - and we are in fact a shitty team. i feel we are not good enough to keep going for it when we are in FG range. take the potential points. |
Re: WFT v. Packers Gameday Thread
Heinicke fucking sucks. It is what it is. He will make a couple good runs a game but he simply can't throw the football at a NFL starter level.

Need a QB now whether Tua, Watson or someone else.

Shitty quarterback + shitty HC + shitty OC + shitty defense + shitty K + shitty DC + shitty owner = SHIT.
It is really that simple. |
Need a QB now whether Tua, Watson or someone else.
I don't particularly care for Tua, so I'd pass. I'm not sure if Houston still want a ransom for Watson. But we do need a QB. Today's game was for the taking, similarly as our game versus the Saints and the Chiefs. With better QB/offensive play, we'd probably have won the past three weeks. |
Re: WFT v. Packers Gameday Thread
That what they need second and goal from the 17 a 3 yard dump

Worse game of the year by the o-line.

Re: WFT v. Packers Gameday Thread
Watching Taylor live, he’s a gamer but he just doesn’t have the arm to be a QB1 and he’s really not accurate. If you are a smaller guy u better be accurate.

Re: WFT v. Packers Gameday Thread
Hang this loss on Heinicke. If he had just held the football out to his left, a TD and the play is over. In about 4 minutes, the score went from 7 - 7 to 21 - 7 GB. I have seen some back Washington teams but this one is ridiculous. To bad the NFL can't clean house from the owner down. Oh well, until next week.

Oh well Great atmosphere here! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I really wanted him to be successful. And he's he's great story....but he's only a backup that can provide a game or 2 of fun ball. He's, unfortunately, the guy who will slide early before the end zone and be called down. |

Our entire team and every single coach is shit. There are a handful of players that are keepers. Nothing changes on this team it is just a poorly run organization. Unfortunately Snyder makes money win or lose so he doesn’t give a crap. If I had a trillion dollars i would not either. |

Collins should never play safety again. Much more impactful as a LB

Re: WFT v. Packers Gameday Thread
Going forward we need to forget about winning. We need to concentrate on “good losses”. Like tomorrow when someone says rough game yesterday , we can say “it was a pretty good loss” and give a thumbs up sign. Over time you will learn to feel good about good losses. Bad losses will still rear their ugly head but than you just reply, “yeah we were a few plays away from a good loss” but no thumbs up.
