This is not new but everytime I see it my palms sweet. Notice when the first guy gets to the top he lets go with both hands to get his safty line hooked up.

I still love to wear ties. Old school baby. When I walk into a meeting and am the only one sporting suit and tie it's automatic I'll take control of that room.

I use to wear a suit every day to work and I'll have to say I've gone from owning 7 or 8 suits to owning none. I do have a few sport coats and I do wear dress shirts and pants to work some days. Last two weddings I have been to were on the beach so no ties were needed.
