Start Colt Brennan. Portis is a soft quitter. Anything else? :postcop:
You are funny Sheriff!!!!!

I never said start Colt Brennan, but I don't think at this point indirectly calling people morons for wanting to start a thread about it is that cool. Sometime soon there is going to be a point where the FO is going to say the guy isn't 'the one" to get us back to being a perennial winner and contender. And if '09 is a bust you know it is going to be buh bye to JC. JC naturally is going to ask for a raise and Snyder isn't going to do that for an average QB.

JC isn't even the problem right now, next topic.

Clinton portis is a warrior and played hard and hurt. He is an inspiration to the team and played harder than many on this team.

Clinton Portis is the best weapon on this offense. Without him this offense has no teeth. We need other players of his talent if this offense is to improve.

And getting his arm hit when throwing, or getting decked immediately after getting a pass off. The protection is awful. I'm having flashbacks to the Spurrier days.

I don't think anyone blaming JC is really watching the game. Can we just move on?
I just really wish Zorn would start taking some responsibility for the way this team has been playing. I swear everytime I listen to him it seems like he's blaming everyone but himself.
I don't have access to Zorn's press conferences. I measure a coach by what his team's does on the field, not by his pressie.

I'm very interested to see what Zorn does with certain players after this season. Ruthlessness is something Zorn will need to help get this team better.

i agree JC wasnt the problem tonight but there were signs of "inepitude" all across the board,

man to realize the careers of samuels, thomas and jansen wont be the foundation to playoff sucess really hurts but its true. these great group of guys gave us a window for about 3-4 years and we failed to capitalize. time to regroup?

go skins!!!
Why bother looking at the tape? You just said we didn't learn anything tonight that we already didn't know!!!!!! Why torture yourself again GTripp?? Are you some sort of masochist? You already must be freezing your ass off and buried in snow in Grand Rapids!!!! Why subject yourself to more torture?
Yes I am buried in snow and freezing my ass off!

But I look at the tape so I can learn, and don't have to assume that the front office and coaching staff will put the same sort of effort into game analysis that a lot of people on this site do, and hope for better results.
GET OFF JC's BACK!!! HE HAS TO RUN FOR HIS LIFE EVERY PLAY!! WE NEED A NEW LINE NOT A NEW QB!!
Thank you.

Didn't anyone else see against Pittsburgh and Baltimore how JC drops back and immediately gets hit? He has no time, no one to throw to that early in a play and no real help at all. He's escaped and still make several great runs down the field, but he can't play 1-on-11.

The line couldn't pick up a blitz at all last night and when Samuels was replaced by Geisinger...Campbell probably saw his life flash before his eyes, the guy couldn't block anyone.

Its so much fun to click through these game threads the day after a game. Its at it best when we are loosing then come back to win.

^ Yep...I never read or participate in the threads during the game. I always come on Mondays to read and laugh.
