Culpepper just wants to show the world that he still has skills...he's a moron for thinking about the Raiders, they won't help his numbers.

In turn, that may give Culpepper all the help he needs. Remember, this franchise has not had a remotely NFL caliber QB since Gannon retired in February of 2005.

Yeah, but he can't throw to himself!
Their line sucks, their WR's suck, the TE's suck...so it will be Culpepper vs whoever they are playing.

I wouldn't say that their WR's suck, Jerry Porter can be good if given the oppertunity. Last year he really didn't do himself any favors by butting heads with the coaching staff. And who knows about Mike Williams, now that he is reunited with an USC offensive coach he may find his place again. If anything I would be more worried about the [B]HIGH SCHOOL [/B] caliber offensive line that the Raiders have. Any O-Line that gives up [B]72 sacks [/B]can't be any better than your average High School O-Line. I would hope that the coaching staff out in Oakland don't expect Culpepper to scramble to much, because I don't think that he can anymore...

Well, I do think Porter has a lot of talent...but his head is bigger than his game.
Your comments about the O-Line just proves my point that he can't do it himself.
He is just trying to find any starting job to "prove himself" but it appears only the Raiders are interested...if he ends with 13 tds and 21 ints, then it will set him back at least 2 years.
