I don't know about Parker carrying the load and Portis making roughly a million per touchdown.
I think Shanny is going to run the wheels off Portis.
That's interesting. I think at this point (in his career) CP is looking for reasons to mail it in. Zorn was like free postage. You can't mail it in on Shanny and CP knows he has to work harder than he has in years and show up. Personally I would like to see Portis have a monster season or two under the new regime, but it has to be done the right way. Less Portis and more football you know... |
Trade down with Seattle. Let them take Clausen at 4. We'll take Brown and Spiller (Spikes in the 2nd, Calloway on another trade in the 3rd, Snead in the 5th) and call it a day.
that would be awesome |
Re: Portis/ Parker Combination?
brought a one-way ticket for Parker interesting...

Re: Portis/ Parker Combination?
Interesting to see we have interest in a TE Chris Baker. Is he a blocking tightend? Isn't that Yoder's job! We can't lose old Yoder.
|
Re: Portis/ Parker Combination?
^ I was somewhat surprised that we did not lose Yoder in the Great Purge last week.

Re: Portis/ Parker Combination?
Yoder's a free agent. Would be surprised to see him return

I say New England, that's where the old stars go to revive their careers. |

I could see him there for sure...actually, I could see him staying in the division as well. |
