"Shanahan named defensive lineman Chris Baker as a player he thinks will surprise people. If that's true, the defensive line rotation looks formidable with Barry Cofield, Stephen Bowen, Adam Carriker and 2011 second-round pick Jarvis Jenkins, who missed his rookie year with a knee injury but is back and looking good."

Seeing his name again, looking forward to see what he does in the preseason games. I think Monkey mentioned it the other day and I agree, our front 7 has been built quite nicely.

Petrino's always got room for quitters. But then again didn't Petrino get fired from UofA after the motorcycle accident he got in with his mistress last year?

Get there early, and expect a huge crowd (probably record-breaking crowd, because if we can set a record attendance with a Beck-Grossman qb battle just imagine what it will be like with RG3). Also bring your own liquids, i.e. gatorade/water, since it will most likely be hot.

I believe so but there might be limitations on what you can bring, i.e. no kegs lol.

I'll be there tomorrow -- just printed out my invitation. I plan on getting there at 8am with a few friends. Doors open at 9am and practice starts at noon. I plan on bringing a football to pass the time (and potentially get signed).

They might serve beer at the Johnny Rockets bus that will undoubtably be there... Can't recall, however. It's probably gonna be too hot next year to feel the buzz, unfortunately.

They might have changed that then. Or maybe my memory is fuzzy. You might be able to drink in the parking lot, I recall seeing people drinking a few on one of the times I went a few years back. Either way drinking at 8 in the morning isn't my style.

Gates open at 8 AM. Probably should arrive before that if you want parking and get a good spot to sit watch the players.

Yeah you can sit in your car and drink. You can't stand by the practice field with a 40 in hand while watching running back drills
