Gotta say that I cursed the TV when Shanny went for it on 4th down instead of taking the FG to go up 3 TDs. Such is the lot of a long time Skins fan, on pins and needles up 18 points with 9 minutes to go...

Those are the tough calls but honestly I've liked Shanny going for it on 4th down when he has. Shows guts IMO and when you have a stud like RG3 why not?

We have been better on 4th downs than thirds. Lol. Was that the third and inches and fourth and inches where they stuffed us? I was thinking if we kick a fg it would be 21 point lead instead of 18 - basically still a three score lead. Also the birds offense was struggling to say the least. I was happy that Shanny was going for the throat.

My first ever Skins home game. A best man gift from my brother who is also a Skins fan. Met the chief and got a pic with him and my brother as soon as we walked into the stadium. Fifty yard line in the upper section Skins side of the field. Great nite! Cooley was an absolute beast. Parcells said after the game that he was never so intimidated coming out of the tunnel in any other game. That is saying alot. Still get goosebumps from that nite!

Good. Still alot of lumber being cut. My father in law is over on the island rite now picking thru his home of fifty years. Real mess for alot of family n friends but we will get by. Thanks for asking goat.

This was a game that all of us expected the Redskins to win. Now, here comes the stretch run. Time to look ahead to Dallas.
