Did you notice in Arians' COY award that he specifically mentioned Reggie Wayne, not Andrew Luck? I really thought that was interesting. I think Arians had as much, if not way more, at keeping that team together and getting them back into games. |

Yeah and the guy that stepped in was only head coach of the year so... |
Re: NFL Awards Show (RGIII is offensive ROY)
I love it! Congrats to RGIII! Can't wait to see him back on the field!

I actually think that may have helped a little bit. The extra emotional charge it gave the team. Let's not downplay anything about any of these teams. All three made the playoffs. All three Qbs had help. Hell we were the only one of the three to win the division also. |
Re: NFL Awards Show (RGIII is offensive ROY)
Medical technology has advanced so much just over the past three years, it's anyone's guess when he'll be back. But he sure as hell sounds confident about day one.

I agree ,my point is that could really shake up a rookie QB. |
Re: NFL Awards Show (RGIII is offensive ROY)
I know we have only mention the big 3,Wilson, RGIII and Luck but lets not forget this guy...Colin Kaepernick,YES I know it's his second year but he might as well be a rookie.

umm he can't be rookie of the year, if he's not a rookie, So I wouldn't think he would come up in this context. |

As I said I realise he's not a rookie but in the context of a first year starting QB all 4 did a great job. |

ok, but that wasn't what the context of the discussion was. |
Re: NFL Awards Show (RGIII is offensive ROY)
Eli and his owner cry like little babies , maybe they could be considered " rookies " ?

This is the second time you've brought RGIII's father (RGII) into a discussion on this board. C'mon get with it already -- and who in blazes is Wislon? And yes this thread is about Rookie of the Year, not quasi, not alternate, not kind-a-like... |

Re: NFL Awards Show
See this is wrong,I understand it ,a player wanting to play ,fans know his potential and wanting him to play but you have a very good back up ,hell a starter anywhere else.Even if RGII can run and cut it will still be a year to get back to the norm.Sit him for next year ,it's the right thing to do for the team in the long run.
