There are just too many variables in preseason games. Some guys have roster spots locked up, and they are not nearly giving 100%. Coaches on both sides are not nearly calling games with winning in mind. If RG3 would have played like that as a rookie in the first 2 preseason games youre telling me you wouldnt have been jumping on that bandwagon pleased as punch? I cant blame Dallas fans one bit.Remember these are not 4th qtr stats going up against scrubs,he started the first game and came in after romo in 1st qtr 2nd game.
And believe me I understand perfectly its preseason and it dont count for shit,I thought I explained that in my first post.All I'm saying and said was his stats are very impressive for any qb in the league preseason or not and if he was our draft pick skins fans would be pretty fking excited about him too:headbanger:

Just saw the highlights. That was the best I've seen Morris run since his rookie year. He just looked much quicker and was hitting the hole faster.

It doesn't matter if it is Dallas fans, Skins fans, whatever. I did not, do not, and will not ever take stock in preseason numbers.

All you need to do is look at the leading wr's, rb's or anything to see how off base and meaningless preseason stats are. Offenses and defenses both not fielding their starters entirely. The starters they are fielding are in no way giving it 100%. The plays being called on both sides are for a teams own internal purposes and have nothing to do with winning a game.

The list of wr leaders has Grant and Ross in the top ten in the league. They aren't even in the top 3 on their own team. Lmao.
