Re: Around the NFL week 5
Love that the streak of 100 yard rushing games could end legit tonight. A week after he pulled that shit at the end of the game. Would be such karma. Now the streak is over and you look like an asshole.

Re: Around the NFL week 5
Why are defenses so bad and play scared when they get a lead? The Colts d is just horrible. Embarrassing.

Coaching scared is easier to justify than playing to win. I think it's slowly starting to flip over, but it's a long process. That's why I didn't mind when we went for it on 4th and 10. Hopkins would have missed and it was very close to punt. Punting there isn't always bad, if you have a bad kicker and a great punter, but you can certainly (imo) justify just going for it. And we were a McLaurin toe tap from converting. He should have had that one. |
Re: Around the NFL week 5
I just don't get playing soft zone. It is loser football.

That plus being actually in the city, easy in and out to I 95, upper deck seats are still good views, bars and restaurants a block away I lived in locust point maybe a mile from M&T and you could hear the “defense” chant faintly on a good sunday Living in baltimore city, owning my first home there, ive gone to more ravens games and own more freebie ravens t shirts then skins … but I’m 43 so when I was 10 we drove to memorial stadium for orioles games and went to rfk for football games. I’m a fucking orioles and skins fans bc I was born at Holy Cross Hospital in August 1978. |
Did Bruce Allen sellout Gruden?
How are these emails coming out now? https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/32383229/sources-nfl-sent-las-vegas-raiders-more-jon-gruden-emails-review-actively-monitoring-situation
Apparently it was related to the WFT investigation... And Allen was actually using his fair share of homophobic slur: "Privately, Allen and Gruden appeared to have few boundaries in expressing homophobic and transphobic language. In one email from 2015 that includes Droste, McVay and others, Gruden crudely asked Allen to tell Bryan Glazer, whose family owns the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where Gruden coached until 2008, to perform oral sex on him. Allen said Glazer would “take you up on that offer.”" |
