Still stands. Sanchez 29, Luck 28 total turnovers.
Also, Luck has lost 5 fumbles, so you can't go on 9 fumbles as turnovers. He actually has 23 turnovers, not 28. Cam had 17 INTs and 2 fumbles lost. |

In the end, I think they look at the record he broke and the fact he's taken a 2 win team and turned it into a 10 (potentially 11) win team. If you went with a all around better QB, it would go to RGIII, but I seriously doubt that's what the voters will be thinking. They'll be thinking that 2 win to 10 win team and the record breaking. |
Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
Looks like Tebow rode into practice this week blaring "Take this job and shove it" on the radio.

Let's not forget the 4183 yards passing with a game to go. |

True that |
Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
ROY is an individual award. Look at the stats, nobody else can touch RG3. He would get my vote and I'm not just saying that as a fan.

Yeah 104 rating, 26 total tds, 5 ints that's incredible. I knew he was good but the guy is already a top ten qb. |
Think about it folks, last year at this time we were all pissed and praying for Andrew Luck or RGIII, a year later our wish came true and we are a completely different team. It's cliche but what a difference a year makes.

Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
When can we start a Dallas thread and talk about next week?

Luck has more wins, yards and TDs. RGIII has less INTs and higher completion %. MVP supposed to be a individual award, but they don't give it to players who do not make the playoffs. (so wins do factor in it) I think RGIII deserves the award as well, but we'll see in the end. I'd rather our QB get a SB ring. |

As for taking a 2 win team to 10 wins, RG3 took a perennial 4-5 win team to (hopefully) 10 wins and an NFCE title. Luck's completion rate hovers around 50 percent, so yardage isn't due to quality of passing, but pure quantity. I think Griffs two injuries hurt his chances, but right now the vote ought to be between Wilson and RG3. One last point is to compare the level of competition, Lucks schedule was by far easier then RG3 or Wilsons. EDIT: didn't see the switch from ROY to MVP. Obviously Cam didn't win MVP last year. |
Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
Luck has 1 more TD with more snaps, 1 more win with a game left to play, and a boatload more turnovers.
If we're being honest the race is between Griffin and Wilson. |

Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
Luck and Wilson are getting all the love today on radio that Ive heard.Everybody loves Wilson since not much was expected, everyone loves Luck because Indy sucked so bad last yr and this yr theyre in the playoffs, nobody cares that much about his turnovers because he has a lot more atts and slings it down the field more.
I think the only wat RG3 has a shot is if he has a monster game against Dallas, and the voters havent already turned their ballots in |

When is he going to realize that he can't throw the football? He should have done what Michael Robinson of Penn State did. Change your position to rb and special teams. Tebow probably could have been a good fullback. Robinson was a better passer and still changed his position, yet Tebow still refuses to do so. He'll be out of the league in a year. |

My vote for ROY goes to RG3. But Already Morris needs to be in the discussion. He's been so damn good this year.

I really wouldn't say there is a "Scary NFC Team" Honestly, a lot of people say we are the scariest NFC team. Green Bay just destroyed a piss poor Titans team at home; Seattle just beat San Fran at home where they are a perfect 7-0 there, and have put up 50 points against the awful cardinals and bills. I think a Skins team winning 6 straight is the scariest thing in the NFL right now. |

Ah yes. Of course the Broncos are great (thats the team I've been hyping since they got Manning ). Only thing is that they won't be playing us this year, unless we're both Super good ;) |
We are a matchup nightmare for any defense in the nfc, maybe Seattle and sf can stop our O but I doubt it. Green bay on offense is what's so scary, Rodgers is just elite and they are loaded at WR.

Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
I just read San Diego had 11 sacks yesterday against the Jets, lolololol.

Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
Luck targets besides Wayne are 4 rookies. Hilton, Brazil, Fleener and Allen, i would say many of those INT's were cause by route confussion and rookie mistakes.

Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
Tebow could still make the switch to TE and continue to run some wildcat. I don't think he has the speed to be a RB and I don't see him blocking well enough to be a FB.

Have you bother to watch any of the Colts games? I love RGIII but hate the fact that people think he's the only great rookie QB. The Colts sucked last year and cleaned house, that is a young team. Check their # of draft picks. |

Russell Wilson is going to get the nod I hate to say. Beating teams like the Patriots and the 49ers is a bit more impressive, esp coming from a player not drafted in the first round. Sent from my GT-P5113 using Tapatalk 2 |
