Why any fans would stick up for this guy at this point is simply amazing. Your team dropped him like a bad habit, there's your sign.
I hate to be that guy, but is it possible that those chanting in-o-cent are actually part of Hernadez's crew or friends since he plays so close to where he grew up? I would also say that those who were there were pretty misinformed at the time and may have changed their tune today based on the evidence known at this time. |
Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Version 5150)
Thanks for the links NC that summed it up very nicely with the timeline.
There is circumstantial evidence, and I am sure the defense attorney's will argue as much. BUT that is well put together and leaves little doubt that he had significant involvement in this murder. Also I believe that at the very least consprired to murder this man. |

How Aaron views the case:

Aaron Hernandez has been charged wit tha cappin' of Odin Lloyd. It’s one of nuff mutha****in charges filed todizzle against Hernandez, arisin directly from tha June 17 discovery of Odin Lloyd’s body less than a mile from Hernandez’s home. Lloyd, accordin ta tha prosecutor, gots popped multiple times. Da prosecutor also explained dat there was no evidence of a robbery, n' dat Lloyd’s beeper flossed communications wit Hernandez up in tha minutes precedin his ****in lil' dirtnap. Lloyd’s sista holla'd at authoritizzles dat Lloyd left his home dat mornin at 2:30 a.m. up in a cold-ass lil hoopty believed ta belong ta Hernandez. Da prosecutor holla'd all up in tha court dat roughly six ta eight minutez of footage was missin from Hernandez’s surveillizzle system afta tha murder. Da prosecutor likewise outlined a seriez of text lyrics indicatin a thugged-out desire by Hernandez ta hook up wit Lloyd, along wit instructions dat one or mo' others urgin dem ta return ta tha area, presumably fo' tha meetin wit Lloyd. Text lyrics n' hood surveillizzle cameras, per tha prosecutor, indicate dat Hernandez picked up Lloyd at 2:30 a.m. ET n' drove back ta Uptown Attleboro. Da prosecutor fronts dat Hernandez then holla'd at Lloyd da thug was trippin like a mutha****a dat Lloyd had holla'd certain thangs ta others, makin it hard fo' Hernandez ta trust his mutha****in ass. Likewise, tha prosecutor explained dat Lloyd busted text lyrics while up in tha hoopty wit Hernandez, makin others aware dat da thug was wit Hernandez. Da prosecutor holla'd dat workers all up in tha industrial park heard gunshots, n' dat surveillizzle cameras allow prosecutors ta piece together dat tha hoopty Hernandez was rollin was all up in tha industrial park, n' within minutes thereafter at Hernandez’s home. Da prosecutor holla'd dat Hernandez’s surveillizzle system shows a thug gettin outta tha hoopty wit a glock afta tha blasting, n' struttin all up in tha doggy den wit tha gun. Shortly afta that, tha surveillizzle system shuts down. Perhaps most blinginly, tha prosecutor holla'd a shell casin was found up in tha hoopty rented by Hernandez. It matches tha shell casings found all up in tha scene of tha blasting, accordin ta tha prosecutor. Da prosecutor called it a “execution,” n' his schmoooove ass characterized Hernandez as tha thug whoz ass orchestrated tha crime, had tha motizzle n' means ta bust a cap up in Lloyd, n' engaged up in efforts ta cover up tha crime, includin spittin some lyrics ta his wild lil' fiancée ta stop rappin' ta police. Da prosecutor concluded his bangin remarks by askin dat Hernandez be put on lockdown without bail. Hernandez’s lawyer, Mike Fee, then called tha case “weak” n' “circumstantial.” Dude broke off some disrespec dat Hernandez aint a gangbangin' flight risk, n' dat it would be impractical fo' his ass ta flee.
|

Not sure where I saw it but a couple more tidbits on the AH/Lloyd case:
- Second suspect is detained in Conneticut awaiting extradition to Mass. Still seeking third. - Prosecution has a sealed affidavit from someone. Initially thought to be one of the fellow passengers b/c prosecutor disclosed conversations that occurred in the alleged murder vehicle during the time they drove to and from Lloyd's house. Not sure if that is true as the additional suspects have just been apprehended or are still being sought out of state. |

This is hard for me to understand on why this wasn't investigated. You have two individuals that was murdered shortly after a fight in the club, and you don't investigate or question Aaron Hernandez even though the cops said they heard he was there. What they know is there was a fight between the victims and a group of AH's friends, and they heard that AH was in fact in the club. Yet, he isn't brought in on questioning or they didn't follow any leads on the silver SUV that was owned by AH? What kind of shitty detective work is this? |
Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Version 5150)
This may have been brought up already, but here's something I can't quite understand.
You get a call at 2:30 in the morning to go meet up in a car with someone who you already suspect could be involved in a double murder, with his boys....and you agree to go?? |

They hung out at the clubs, and he was even dating his baby mama's sister. I suspect AH felt betrayed for some reason or another and this ultimately led to the murder. You know Lloyd was worried about something because he wanted to make sure his family knew who he was leaving with. It's a good point though. edit: I think that was one of the things AH was mad about. Apparently Lloyd was talking to some people that AH didn't like at the club, and it caused AH to become mistrusting of him. |

Every thing seems to perfect, in terms of accusing Hernandez. Either Aaron is the dumbest person in the world, or something else is up. He sets up surveillance cameras right before he decides to kill someone, he returns a rental car with evidence in the car. I feel like there is more to the story then what the media is telling everyone. Or maybe Aaron is just that dumb. |

Yeah Lloyd getting in the car is really suspicious IMO. And he was obviously scared because of the warnings he gave his sister, so was he also a gangmember of AH 's crew? Did he just know it was his time to face the consequences of being a snitch?

How close (family) they all are is crazy also. He (allegedly-but pretty much likely) killed the boyfriend of his fiance's sister? So he was cool with f'ing up her entire family basically. Sister in law to be-traumatized for life. Fiance-messed up also because her sister lost someone she loved. Now fiance and daughter with him locked up for life have nothing. |

I doubt they called him up and told him they were going to kill him. They most likely asked him to come partying with them and it wasnt until he got in the car that he realized the true intentions. He didnt text his sister until after he had gotten in the car and they drove off. |
Now did Lloyd tell others that AH was involved in the drive by? Because that would make sense but then again why would u snitch on someone u know will kill? Crazy situation

Crazy situation
From other reports, they said that AH was pissed because Lloyd had been talking to some people in the club that AH didn't like. These type of gangstas have this "pack" mentality that my enemy is your enemy. I think this is what sparked AH's rage and comment about "not trusting anybody". Who those people were? No clue. Truth be told, if he were going to off dude for the info he had on a double murder last year, chances are it would have been done a while ago. Not only that, but you can tell the murder wasn't planned, but something that escalated beyond control. If it was planned, it would have to be the sloppiest planned murder of all time. Really, this whole scenario reminds me of that scene in Casino when Robert Di Nero's character (sam) drives out in the middle of the desert to meet up with Joe Pesci (nicky) after pissing him off. They were friends during the movie, did business together, but Sam knew that when Nicky called him up to meet him in the desert, that he had a 50/50 chance of coming back alive. Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Version 5150)
All evidence so far is circumstantial, though. Wouldn't we all feel foolish if some evidence came out that Hernandez hadn't actually killed Lloyd? Say, for instance, the gun was found with someone else's fingerprints on it? Or someone had took a video of it happening and just hasn't come forward? I know it's unlikely, but he's not guilty yet.

There was an article that stated that when AH turned in rental car there was a shell casing in the car of the same type of gun found on the scene. To me he is done for life, but innocent until proven guilty and even of not found guilty of murder he will be done in the NFL. |

I wasn't exactly clear with my question. I'm sorry. I mean an active NFL player who is suspected / guilty of killing multiple people. I know Rae Carruth killed one person when he was a panther, but I cant think of anyone else who was an active player who was murdering. AH has killed possibly as many as three people, possibly more, as the investigation continues... |
Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Version 5150)
Well to be fair, at this point he's only charged with one murder, and initially Ray Lewis was charged with two

When you start seeing NFL coaches come out and say this will get players hurt, I will admit it starts to worry me some. These guys know the game better than anyone. Maybe they r right? Maybe these guys will get hurt, QBs are not RBS they can't take that physical abuse constantly.

Yeah, it worries me some too. RG3 unquestionably has tons of talent, but I've wondered if he'll turn out like Michael Vick. Spectacular when on the field, but has trouble keeping healthy. But like I said in my previous post, Kaepernick and Wilson didn't get hurt, but RG3 did. Why is that? Because RG3 hasn't learned to slide when he needs to, he hasn't learned to get of bounds properly, and he takes too many chances. You're right, these QBs aren't RBs, and they can't take abuse like RBs; that's why they need to avoid the abuse. RG3 is a good quarterback; he's not one of these run-first QBs(Pat White), and he can stay in the pocket and do some major damage through the air. He just needs to protect himself better when running. My :twocents:. |
