1st and 3rd for Bradford? Wtf, that's a effing no brainer for the Eagles. Very dumb by the Vikings. I mean I could see a 3rd buts that's it.

Daniels is gonna start....I think it's just the continuing desperation across the league for competent qb play. If folks have seen goff, wentz or hackenburg play so far the preseason...it's an embarressment how terrible they have looked. None look like they should be on the field and they each went probably 2 rounds too high.

Vikings are fucking stupid making this move. Desperation moves never pan out. Eagles are also pretty much signaling their season is a wash as well.

Teddy might not Ever play again. Sam is all they had but they gave up too much for a bum. Eagles know they won't do anything this yr

Re: Around the NFL: Training Camp edition

Packers released LG Josh Sitton.
This one is a head-scratcher. Although he's now on the wrong side of 30, Sitton has been a second-team All Pro each of the past three seasons, and hasn't missed a game since 2011. He was Pro Football Focus' No. 5 overall guard last year. The move saves $6.5 million, but if the Pack were interested in saving cash, it's unclear why the move wasn't made in the spring. Sitton won't take long to find a new home. Sep 3 - 2:35 PM

Hmmm. They will be a lot of competition for him, but I might give him a call
I like Hillman but what happens to Thompson if he's signed?
Good question. Tough decision. I just think that with three running backs who might not be good runners if forced into heavy loads (Kelley might be that guy), Hillman is a dependable, NFL quality starter (borderline obviously).

I don't know it just feels like a more stable situation that injury/fumble prone, third down back, and UDFA.

So we feel like Left Guard is locked down with no room for competition? Especially if Long ends up moving to center?

i'd be thrilled w those. i prefer hillman to forsett but i'd be happy w either.

i believe they are both better than any rb we currently have.

i also believe that sitton is better than long and lauvao. and sitton is only 30.

Both have a been a lil injury prone and both are dealing with a nagging injury now. I heard Mike rob from the NFL network say Matt jones sprained ac joint is gonna bother him all year.

Hillman and forsett are both worthy consideration for roster additions. its a tough call.

The bottom 2 aren't worth a crap. The first two are decent additions. There is zero need to have 4 rb on the team...

IMO I would cut Thompson if I had to chose. Kelly is in the mold of a banger like jones....I rather have that duel head between the tackle guys and have a vetern guy like forsett or Hillman for 3rd down. Both forsett and Hillman can handle the workload too if jones would get worst with the injury or if Kelly would fall flat. I'm not confident Thompson can handle that workload and his doesn't run well between tackles.

No, God no. The Ravens RB squad is worse than ours and they let him go, plus he does nothing for us at this point.

Re: Around the NFL: Training Camp edition

There is one OLB that has made an
Impression on me this preseason, Marcus Rush was cut by the 49ers. He had 6 sacks during the preseason and is one of Kirk Cousins college team mates. I would go after him and cut Bates.
