What marching orders did he give you tonight?
LOL. Depends on what marching orders Qanon gave Tucker. Probably something about defunding schools, gay pride parades, and the Boy Scouts this week. Fuckin Trumptards. |

Speaking of marching…you see Nancy Pelosi husband trying to walk? https://www.cbsnews.com/losangeles/video/newly-released-dashcam-footage-show-paul-pelosis-dui-arrest/ I guess when he’s not provided insider information in trading stocks he’s out almost killing people when drinking. |

The arrest was about 2 months ago .. and hes already sentenced? Courts are backed up in Maryland pretty hard, I imagine CA is back logged. Gotta get it done and let it go through the media ringer well before November. |
Re: The Most Fresh & Cordial Political Thread Ever
Under the newest democrat vote buying plan, shall I be expecting a check in the mail for $10k?
Or does my family and me get to pay 100% of all my college expenses and now get to help pay for millions of other people's college degrees too? Being a democratic politician is so easy. Just give away millions, billions, trillions of other people's money then call them assholes for not being OK with it. |

Re: The Most Fresh & Cordial Political Thread Ever
Shouldn’t we be tackling the cost of going to college? This doesn’t fix a fucking thing. Middle and working class paying off debt for the people who make the most, disgraceful.
“Paying fair share”…maybe the college and universities sitting on large endowment should be taxed and the money returned to fund increasing tuition cost? That’s fair right? Fair share and all |

Re: The Most Fresh & Cordial Political Thread Ever
It's the same thing as with the baby formula shortage - throw money at a problem without solving the underlying issues. It's the same thing all the time with these fuckers. They have no problem sitting up there being "in charge", willy nilly spending our hard earned money, while not fixing a damn thing. I couldn't be more opposed to this.
https://www.cnbc.com/2022/08/24/bidens-student-loan-forgiveness-may-cost-taxpayers-prompt-inflation.html "The National Taxpayers Union’s estimate of costs per taxpayer is based on data from the Penn Wharton Budget Model, which found the total cost of proposal could be $329.1 billion over 10 years, based on $10,000 in forgiveness for borrowers with less than $125,000 in income." "Based on a total of under 158 million taxpayers in 2019, that works out to $2,085.59 per taxpayer, the National Taxpayers Union found." "Canceling student debt will boost near-term inflation more than the Inflation Reduction Act that was recently enacted would reduce it, the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget found in a recent analysis. Moreover, it found that canceling student debt would also undermine the deficit reductions in that law recently passed by Democrats." “Higher education is one of the most difficult, thorny problems that you really need to get into how universities and graduate schools are financed and what kinds of changes would make it more affordable. This accomplishes none of that.” |

Yeah, let's just all be happy. Let's also be happy for those of us who will now have a financial burden, because we are picking up the bill for those who now have their financial burdens eased? Let's be real...this isn't about being concerned over what "we're" not getting out of the deal. It's about not addressing the real issues. It's punishing the wrong people monetarily, and not holding the right people, systems, and entities accountable. But whatevs - let's just all be happy. That's what our government wants. Give me your hard earned money so I can turn it into more problems, and we can all be happy... |
Re: The Most Fresh & Cordial Political Thread Ever
Funny how we never hear a big stink when the truly wealthy get the tax breaks, or corporations. But man, give something to the little guy and everyone loses their shit.

Northern democrats are pushing for SALT cap increases which only benefit the top 1% or the truly wealthy…and increasing IRS size which will overwhelmingly target small business, working and middle class. And they just raised taxes on them as well as energy prices. Democrats spending lead to this inflation and energy prices increases as well…they are still spending without regard to the economic environment |

There's a difference between "losing your shit", and just wanting your government to fix the real problems, rather than just constantly throwing money at them. The tax code is a problem. No news there. Those who have the lawyers and accountants to find all the loop holes are at a big advantage. One more thing we have all been wanting our awesome government to fix for y e a r s...but here we are... |
