When did he do it everyday? I always thought it was once a week at most. Either way, players, coaches, and executives all around the league have radio shows (whether a full show or a segment on another show) |

i wouldn't know i would never listen to the crap he has to say anyways

Those are what I call the good shows, especially when they're hosted by college coaches. Basically the whole show is about how many different ways that can try and use the word "good." "Oh we played good." "Did some good things" "That was a good play." "He's gonna be good." It's not that I want them to be honest about everything but they really don't need to expose us to this mindless dribble. In other words the shows shouldn't even really be aired. |

That's not acting! |
Re: Some Things Never Change (WP:RI Article)
I don't think Clausen will be there when it's our pick. I'm sure St. Louis will take him with the first pick. We should be scouting Locker. He's as athletic as Colt however he can consistently make all of the throws. Whenever Colt gets in trouble he just throws it up and prays that Shipley bails him out as he always does. He won't be able to get away with that in the pros.
desaen jackson was drafted right after fred davis, and ray rice was drafted three or four spots behind kelly, not to mention we needed lineman in both of thoose drafts and we got one, vinny is terrible personell guy
So what how many other teams passed on those players? We had Moss / ARE small WR on the roster at the time. You win some you lose some. |
Thomas has had one or two good games and one of them was against a team that was pulling cb's off the street. Let's not overvalue the guys on this team yet just cause they're Redskins. Right now the only true keeper is probably Orakpo. The rest of them the verdict is still out.
Yea just the New England Patriots and Brady about the c/b they pulled off the streets. |
Re: Some Things Never Change (WP:RI Article)
FYI, according to a thread on extremeskins, Clausen will appear as a guest of Vinny's on his radio show tomorrow morning at some point between 8-10AM.
I do not want a rookie qb starting for us next season period. We dont need a rookie QB we need a young stud tackle, guard, center. Then go for a young QB and RB. |
Re: Some Things Never Change (WP:RI Article)
There is no way we should pick up Clausen in the first round, if he falls to the 2nd round sure we should pick him up then. it would be a steal, but there is no way he is going to fall that far and no way we can afford to use our first round pick on anything but O-line.

Re: Some Things Never Change (WP:RI Article)
we needed WR's a hell of alot more than we needed a younger back. While our offensive line still needs help, our defensive line has been dramatically upgraded over the past two years (Haynesworth, Jackson, Jarmon, and Orakpo). Are you going to complain no matter what the front office does? I bet if they draft o-linemen this year, you'll complain they didnt address some other position.
I know alot of people dont like acknowledging this, but Joe Jackson Gibbs set this franchise back several years by trading draft picks and stockpiling on old veteran players in an attempt to reach the superbowl. Not only did he fail to win more than one playoff game, but didnt develop young talent and left this team with the oldest roster in the NFL. He essentially put all of our chips on the table, went "all in," and lost. There's absolutely nothing any GM could have done in the past 2 years to put us in a noteably better situation (personnel wise) than we are now.
Agreed. |
