Jay Gruden is doing a brilliant job of cutting and pasting together the back pages of the playbook into a game plan. I absolutely loved the counter trey play they ran. Just like old times.

On the other hand, it looks like he's bring forced to do it because Cousins and our WR's suck.

Defense and OL are ballin'! That is very encouraging. We can win this game.

That's what a good coach does. When plan A doesn't pan out work with what is available. Gruden likes to pass but it isn't happening so go with his running game; the hot hand.

As much as the defense has improved, they are still not good enough to carry an average offense.
