I kinda like it. Rivera knows the team didn't train nor play hard enough last season, the team didn't play to its' roster's talent level.
Last year wasn't good enough on either side of the ball, make em step it up.
He also got mad after an unnecessarily violent hit from Reaves on Dyami Brown, so it's not like he's being reckless about it.

This makes sense but the optics look bad since the Browns F up with that contract.

The suspension:
17 game sabbatical and a "fine" of .005% of his contract.

Women take a bigger financial hit going on maternity leave.
The Browns just took a giant steaming shit on the NFL.
