ALLELUIA! Sure I only fell in love with him a couple of hours ago but....yeah whatever f**k the Patriots. Also Thomas Dimtroff is trying to get Atlanta up into the first half of the first round. Atlantas first pick is 27th overall. As someone said before they are targeting Green and Jones. |
Brian Baldinger: Just talked with Bruce Allen who said this draft is all about big men. Allen likes Tyron Smith. Been fielding trade offers from teams behind him. We have to stay married to our board.
What a shame. Rational thought has arrived in Ashburn.
Last year at this time, Allen was telling everyone he likes Eric Barry |

I do believe though that he gave us a big hint with the "this draft is about big men" comment. Tyron Smith though, thats just to f**k with Dallas who wants Smith but doesn't want to take him in the top 10. |

Might be trying to get Cowboys to ensure they take him and not a DE/LB |

I heard Marion Berry was really rooting for this |

Yeah, I'd rather not waste yet another pick on a RT |
Re: 2011 NFL Draft
I always thought the norm was to take LTs in the top 10 of the first round if you're going to draft a lineman.

At the very least he'd be a hell of a Right Tackle. Probably on the Jon Jansen level. Though a better comparison might be Brandon Albert. Doug Free and Tyron Smith would make for good bookends. Might need to make sure they end up with Quinn or Kerrigan as we can't count on Barron to hold on us on a game winning play. |
Re: 2011 NFL Draft
What channel will you guys be watching?
Don't ban me Smoot. |

Not tonight of course |
What channel will you guys be watching?
Don't ban me Smoot.
NFL Network was last years champion in a huge upset blowout win. ESPN had all the talent and graphics but NFL Network was a team effort. So in short NFL Network will get the first shot with me but I'll be peaking at ESPN to see if they learned from last years coverage and the year before where everyone kept cutting each other off. |

Me to, but I'm afraid it might confuse our west coast member like CrazyCanuck,SFRedskin, and Saden1. Oh well, liberals deserve to be confused. |
