Just popped in for a quick hello. Been crazy busy with work. I fly back to Gainesville tomorrow to pack up the rest of my apartment, get the girlfriend, and finalize the move to DC! I'm tired and the next week is gonna be rough!
I will take you out for a drink when you get back. Maybe we will bring the "wives".

Yeah, that's all I got. I will let my artistic work speak for itself. I would love to see your version if your so inclined.

I will most likely not be back online after midnight tomorrow. I have a date with Harry Potter.

Wow...so did it cause lung damage then?

I'm actually surprised you don't have any brain damage after having such a high fever for so long. They say anything over 103 can start to cause damage.

sounds good. I can't wait to be finally settled in. I've felt sort of transient the past 6 weeks- staying in my mom's basement (think Twilight Zone/Grandma's Boy), starting a new career, away from my girlfriend... It'll nice to be finally be where I'm gonna be, ya know?

Not to dissuade you, but don't go in with high expectations. Both my wife and I weren't that pleased with this one. To us, it's by far the worst one thus far. It's OK, don't get me wrong, just don't expect too much.
I'll leave the specifics alone since you haven't seen it yet.

Who are you callin inclined? Nah, I just find it amusing that you didn't pick up on things that I noticed that I was doing and tried to put an abrupt hold on. I am not the artistic type.

About Harry, sounds Kinky or at least that's what she said!

Anyone here a fan of the Bourne Identity series? I'm looking forward to the Bourne Ultimatum movie (the first two movies were pretty good). I've never read the novels though

Loved the first one, wasn't thrilled about the second, but it was ok. I will definately see the third.

I actually didn't know that. I should have...my mother in law is freakin nutt over these books. She'll get it, and be done in a few hours.
You can't watch the movies with her either cause she'll sit there and say, "that's exactly the way I pictured it in my mind". LOL.

The books do absolutely nothing for me. I get bored very quickly with them. I liked the first two movies though, not so much this last one.

They better hurry and finish the movies before Potter is 40 years old!

I enjoyed all the movies up until the last one. You can read my official review in the HP thread. I may change my mind once I see it again without having my preconcieved ideas clouding my judgment.

I believe there are 3 books. I love the movies, and I have been wanting to read the books as well.

I'm out everyone. It'll probably be another week before I check back in, although I may have some time Monday night. Till then...

There are 4.
1- Bourne Identity - Robert Ludlum
2- Bourne Sepremacy - Robert Ludlum
3- Bourne Ultimatum - Robert Ludlum
4- Bourne Lagacy - Eric Van Lustbader (sp?) I haven't read this one yet because it's written by someone other than Ludlum.

Are you kidding me? I do not see what all of the hype is about. Harry Potter is supposed to be some sort of Wizard prodogy badass, and in ever single movie they have shown me nothing. He isnt even the best out of his group of friends. The movies are a complete waste of time and money. In my own opinion.

If you are going to tell me that this kid is something special because he survived death by a badass wizard when he was an infant, then damn it make him badass.

No, I just don't get the whole Harry Potter thing. The story sucks. It would be better if Harry were actually a good Wizard and not a lucky one.

I wonder if that's why I can't get through the books...they bore me to tears, but i am entertained with the movies.
I too share that notion that he isn't as good as he should be. But I am wagering it will all come together in one of the later movies.
You can only have so much luck, and even he says in this movie that it's luck...I'm sure that will all change...they are showing the weak minded Potter, once he gets confidence he will be better.

ps- he also teaches in this movie.

Are you telling me that the books can make sense out of this utter BS that has swept the world and been accecpted as greatness. Why dont you just make a movie called Ass and pass it off as a masterpiece.
