Oye pana, antes de escribir algo en nuestro foro, chequea bien que nadie lo haya hecho ya. Hemos hablado varias veces de los WRs (Randle-El, Bryant, TO, Moulds, Jurevicius, Givens, Robinson-who's apparently re-signing with Minnesota-y los demas). Gracias pai...(sometimes you gotta speak their language)

So...I will now hijack this thread with "what was your favorite toy as a child" I had this 4 ft. inflatable robot that I could steer around with a remote control. Loved that sucker, Tandy was his name.

Not my greatest Photoshop moment, but I threw this together in honor of the News thread about Parcells and Rosenhaus having dinner together.

And then later steamy gay sex.

Pfff toys you say? Why in Africa we played with with rocks and dirt. Once in a while we'd find a rubber-band and run wild with it.

no not that game.the one where you had 22 players that looked like little statues, but moved only by the electric vibration of the field.the football got tucked under the rb arms

Re: What's Up With The WR Position?

My childhood was quite typical. Summers in Rangoon. Luge lessons. When I was insolent, I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten.

There were two versions of Electric Football. One was called "Electric Football" and had, I think, generic yellow or blue players. The other was a licensed NFL version which generally came with the previous two Super Bowl teams. I believe the year I got the game these were Pittsburgh and Los Angeles. I then mail ordered the Redskins and Cowboys. I could never pass very well and certain players would just circle insanely. Then I lost all the little foam footballs. I think I got Intellivision the next year or so after that, which of course was the state of the art in video game sports at the time. I think my big play was 9727 or something like that. It was a sort of sprint option right.

Another good football game I got in about 1977 was called "Foto-football". It's too hard to explain what it was, but it really helped me understand the rules of football as a six or seven year old.

Every year I say this is the year I'm not going to watch it, but I always do. Just like The Apprentice (this Monday) and Amazing Race (Tuesday)

Did you see the Boston auditions? That girl Irada, with the rose in her hair, that sang that awful medley of "Unbreak My Heart" "Chain of Fools" and something else. Anyway, that girl works the front desk of my apartment building. So quiet and unassuming, never opens her mouth and when she does she kills three songs in 30 seconds.

My Lionel train set that I got for Christmas, L O N G ago. Only had three cars and a caboose (red) to go with the engine. My Mom threw it away when I was in college. Saw the identical model priced at $1,200 in a hobby shop !!!

Today, my favorite toy is my cruiser on the Chesapeake Bay. It costs a lot more than $1,200 too.

Anyone else rock some Masters of the Universe? The homoeroticism of Prince Adam and He-man just could not be ignored!

Skeletor and Hordac were my boys though.

I DO remember those M.U.S.C.L.E. men. I still have about 100 of them.

i got bored one day a couple years ago and made a ton of m.u.s.c.l.e men out of about two pounds of strawberry starbursts (after about 2 of them they start tasting nasty)... total waste of time, but it was pretty funny splatting them around. exact match on the color too.
