The only chance ea had a getting my money this year was to put portis on the cover. i stopped playing '06 like 5 months ago. i probably will not buy it ever again, its the same product every year except for maybe 1 or 2 new tackle animations and updated rosters that become outdated as soon as preseason is over. its not worth the money they charge. if it was 30 dollars then maybe i will buy it but definetly not for 50.

id like to have seen him play against better teams. he played niners, rams, and cards 2 times each last year, where he got most of his yards. not totally sold on this guy

You know what your right, but I'm still going to buy it. But i felt that ESPN NFL2K5 was the best football game ever, gameplay and graphics wise. Now 2K5 kinda sucked in other aspects of the game, but i still play it, I think I'm in the 2011 season, we have one sooooo many super bowls and gibbs is still the coach hahahaha...... but ya i wish that the new madden would use player models similar to 2K5's

I was in San Fran on holiday last year as it came out and got in on the PC for $30 - roughly half the UK price after conversion. Of course, it was just an updated version of the 05 game...

MAny say the 360 version looks great and plays great, but hasn't got the depth of the PC version. Anyone care to comment? Thinking about a 360 later in the year instead of getting Madden (and other games) on the PC.

madden 03 was the best period, the first year online for the ps2. since then 04,05,06 have sucked ass. they started listening to the pussies on 03 that couldnt play manual D and the game has been f*cked ever since. and i have been a die hard madden baller since 92 when the had no names and player rating was from 1 to 15 instead of 50 to 100.

Happy it wasn't a Redskin. I believe in the Madden curse. Alexander is soft and benifited from a week schedule last year. He will be done before week 10 next season.

Why does madden 07's cover look like madden 06's cover, only darker, and with alexander instead of mcnabb? Is that what the actual design is going to look like? Or is that just temporary?

this link ist kaput. If you copy and paste it in a new winow it'll work though. Its not nearly as nice looking as alexanders though.

the ai in madden is borked. you can run vick for 400+ yards a game on all madden with no problems.
