Did you watch the game? Why can't your believe that they won? If it weren't for two TD's on 3rd and long it would have been a cakewalk.

This offense IMO is like a youngster learning to walk. Apparently our burgandy and gold child took MONSTER steps today! I can't believe we won either but it goes to show you, ON ANY GIVEN SUNDAY.....
P.S. I wish someone could get Gregg Williams to lay off the blitz and stop leaving open receivers everywhere!!!

I would compare it to Gary Clark more than Monk. Monk wasn't a take a 5 yarder and break it for 60 type of guy.

Gary Clark IS a better comparison, Grim. Maybe even Ricky Sanders or the 1983 version of Charlie Brown. :)

wow i can believe we won....we owned them the whole game....excuse me we PWNED them the whole game....im pretty sure their D-Line made samuels and jansen dinner afterwards in little skirts....(Made them our bitch) with springs back the blitz will be better!!! less open guys...

I tell you what I watched Clark play, Moss is better and Clark was great. Clark was a tough over the middle type guy, who also had long ball capabilities.

Moss has him by like two gears, but I don't think there has ever been a tougher football player to wear a burgundy jersey than G.Clark.

I am NOT too young. Gary Clark was great. I just think that Moss is going to shine all on his own. He's the man. I've never seen anyone make plays like he does. It's amazing to watch.

Other than being smaller WRs I don't see anything similar in comparing Moss to Clark or Sanders.

Clark was a big play guy, but he didn't have the slippery open field moves that Moss does or the flat out breakaway speed.

Based on pure athletic talent and ability, Moss is a freak like we have never seen in a Redskins uniform.

too true. remember when we had Lav Coles run the WR screen? 2yds and a puff of dust, and he's good player. Moss is something else, a WR screen in his hands is almost as good as tossing it up. some crazy percentage of Brunell's yards last year was all Moss YAC.

He's so deadly on those screens because he can stop on a dime and reach full speed in just a few steps. He basically becomes a punt returner in the open field.

Have you guys noticed how Moss almost always twists and spins his body when he first gets hit? Most of the time it probably gives him an extra .5-1 yard on the play, and sometimes, of course, it strips the tackler and he can burn downfield for a 60yrd TD. I don't notice too many other receivers doing that little spin move.

that's what he was. a punt returner that the Jets thought was too short to be a wideout. huuuuuge mistake.

and we got Randle El precisely in that mold. one on one vs. guys like this is such a gamble.

i think our organization is pioneering the short shifty WR, just like we pioneered trading Draft picks for young talented Free Agents ('cept Archuleta grrr)
