it's cool but

i saw this guy on espn a while back with stephan A. and he picked the skins to go to the superbowl against the b'more ravens.
so it doesn't really suprise me that he said that stuff

I think he used to be an 0-lineman for the Chiefs... He sometimes fills in for Wilbon on PTI.

I've seen whitlock before (rome is burning, pti, etc.), and I'm pretty sure he's a redskins fan ... can anyone else confirm this?

yeah. and he got fired from espn for refusing to change his opinions to match those of his producers. well, he got fired for blasting those guys, btu he did that cause they blasted him on air because he didn't want to stat opinion he didn't believe (specificly, he didn't want to say that what barry bonds has done in his career is worthless because of steroid allegations).

i'm not sure, but TK is a skins fan, and wilbon likes the skins a lot too (even though he's a chicago guy with love for every chicago team). so he's worked with them before. and TK also said that the skins would win 5 straight and started up the bandwagon last year when we were at 5-6.

these are the same jerks that left us for dead after losing to the cowboys. I cant stand any of the nfl shows on tv these days because they are all on the skins on again. I think i like being the underdog with no love.LOL Its nice to get some but i'd rather not have it.

That's not really accurate. He didn't get fired for not agreeing with his producers. There are plenty of producers who hold his same opinions. He got fired for personally attacking his colleagues in public

There are still sportswriter's who write opinions and predictions, good or bad, about the Reskins? I hadn't really noticed. Let me guess: "The Skins are good because blah, blah, blah" or "The Skins are bad because blah, blah, blah"?

I'll settle with the fact-based reporting and let the results of each gameday decide if the 'Skins are good or bad week to week.

I read it. But in case others didn't I just wanted to clarify it. I really like Whitlock and wish he could have stayed. And I think he's dead on about Scoop. That said though Scoop is here a lot, he works hard. Can't deny him that.

But anyhow, that's neither here nor there. Looking forward to a Bears vs. Redskins championship game

I like the guy. Maybe they fired from ESPN for showing the Skins LOVE!!!

Anyway I don't care if he is a fan its just nice somebody said something to the effect that we are nasty. Hell if he picked us for the Superbowl I'm even happier. He must have been haging with Joe T. while at ESPN.

I like the guy and his opion of the skins!! :)
