I don't know about you guys, but I find the tune on the FMS commerical is really catchy. I am scared of John Basedow(sp), but I like the song.

I downloaded it. Should I consult psychiatric help?

So seriously, does his fitness plan work? I've always been tempted to try it out. I'm already married, so I don't have to worry about ending up looking like a homo like he does and kill my dating life.

He's all about the hair.

Don't get the hair and you're fine.

Honestly, any diet and exercise plan works if you execute it correctly. It's all about sticking to the plan. We're doing this Joy Bauer (related to Jack?) 90/10 diet and it works great with some really good meals.
