Now look, I knew today would be my 5000th post, and being the self-centered prick that I am, I wanted to make a big deal about it.

Now look, I’ve read a lot of posts saying what the Redskins needs to do this off-season. Some aren’t even worth my time to discuss (ie; if you say we need to trade Portis, you’re an idiot, straight simple), or signing more big name guys, and things I don’t really want to get into, because I have news for everyone…its one of our own who is responsible for the Redskins problems this season…Mattyk72. Now I tried to stay reserved, I tried to let it slide, but enough of this bullshit is enough. I’m not a loser and I’m not going to sit back and watch my team keep doing this, so it’s really simple on how to get shit turned around…..

Get Rid of Mattyk72…..

We've made the playoffs only twice since he started this site and here is why….We keep adding members that don't contribute, and get rid of those who do. Where is ZackMills, where is Skinz_Domin8 ….Saden1 is still around, but we don’t use him properly. 50% of the threads that are started get nowhere; there is no freaking rhythm or identity anymore. We got away from what worked and its coming back to kill us. Joe Crisp doesn't even want to post here anymore, he was the franchise…. who knows if Schneed10 will come back next year...

You bring in a high priced free agent to the staff in Gmanc711, and his production has been second to none…but he replaces RedskinRat? Yet Sheriff Gonna Getcha is still around? EXPLAIN IT!!! Someone have the balls to ask MattyK what the hell he was thinking with that decision. Bringing in GmanC711 was a franchise changing room and even he screwed that up, get a freaking GM. You got BrudLee still being a mod, yet talent like TheMalcolmConnection rots on the bench. Is it because you and Brud go to church together, because he performed the Heimlich on you one night while you were choking on a jalapeno popper at Chili’s?

Daseal isn’t happy anymore (he kicks cats now too!), Cpayne hates the staff. Don’t even get me started on what BMF21 thinks of the racial make-up of the staff. And an anonymous poster has been telling Extremeskins.com that Matty and the mods don’t even meet. This is ridiculous. We need to start from square 1. Let Matty resign gracefully, he’s done too much to be fired, but it’s evident that he is the reason the Redskins are 4-8 right now. Never mind that without him, this site wouldn't exist. There'd be no favorite pie talk, no super happy fun thread, no question 3. Forget about all the time and money he put into this site. That Old Man Matty has got to go!:Smoker:

Look bottom line, Matty 1.0 was successful because he had Smootmack as his GM, now Matty 2.0 has TAFKAS as basically a yes-man/racquetball buddy.

Smootsmack brought in quality members through the draft, TAF just throws money at the 5Rings and Giantones of the world. People who are past their prime and don't know the Warpath philosophy.
