Pac Man Jones Rumor.
 

** A witness in the Las Vegas nightclub shooting that has left a man critically wounded claims Titans CB Pacman Jones is involved. Robert Susnar of Minxx Gentlemen's Club claims that Jones arrived and left with the suspected gunman. Susnar told police Jones was throwing hundreds of $1 bills in the air (known as "making it rain" in thug circles) and a female dancer lunged at Jones during a crowded scramble for the money. Jones allegedly yanked her by the hair and slammed her face into the stage.

According to Susnar, Jones and another young male threatened to kill a security guard who physically subdued Jones with a choke hold. Jones was allegedly fighting and biting (yes, biting) the security guard. Then the man was hit by a bullet minutes later. If Jones actually ordered or even urged his friend -- the shooter -- to go get the gun and shoot the guard, he could face felony accessory charges.

The Titans star CB denies all of this but Susnar is steadfast. "For Pacman to have th! e gall to say he doesn't know the shooter is ridiculous," Susnar said. "Not only does he know the shooter, his girlfriend knows the shooter, and everyone who was with him knows the shooter." The man is reportedly going to be paralyzed for life. Another security guard was shot in the arm but he was released from the hopsital. A woman was also hit in the head by a bullet and she's in stable condition.

Whether Jones is directly involved in this shooting or not, the Titans' new GM Mike Reinfeldt will hear from Nashvillians who don't want Pacman in their city anymore. The dangerous baggage is not worth a couple punt-return TDs...

Very scary. I heard the same story. Wow. If it's true, how stupid can some people be. I mean, I just don't understand it. Is it that hard to go out and have a good time w/ out killing someone? It's becoming more and more common. 15-20 years ago you didn't hear about these things. Players just got drunk and got in fights.

Some horror stories are now being leaked about the All-star weekend in Vegas. Jason Whitlock was reporting on the John Riggins show, that Vegas was out of control w/ rapper thugs. He said he and his friends were uncomfortable and they aren't the smallest guys in the world.

I heard about this on Mike and Mike this AM. This is disgusting. If I were the Titans FO I would just cut the guy outright and take the loss. This guy is nothing but garbage. Some guys just don't get it. Here you have a chance to make millions and millions of dollars and you take in for granted by hanging out with a bunch of low life trash. Hasn't this dumb ass already been in trouble hanging out in nightclubs?

If you have millions of dollars why would you give a damn if a stripper takes some of your $???????????? That's why they are dancers. To suck you dry. I personally would like to see the Titans cut this guy tomorrow.

On Elliot in the Morning today they quoted the LVPD chief as saying something along the lines of "if the NBA ever holds it's All Star game here in Vegas again I'll quit my job." Also, Bill Simmons said in his article about the weekend that it was like the wild west or something out there.

12th, when I first saw the thread title I thought you were going to say you heard a rumor that we wanted to trade for this clown, I'm glad that's not the case.

Even though the NFL is full of punk thugs, the NBA is far worse. I'm glad the NFL is known as the "No Fun League" and does things like fining players for uniform violations, does not permit excessive celebrations, and suspends players involved in criminal behavior. The NFL could and will improve it's image by cracking down on idiots, but it's definately better than the NBA.

There is some guilt to this. You know why? Becasue he was at a club and the people he was with caused this trouble. Did he pull the trigger? No. But if you are Pac Man, and you already have a past history of trouble, why the hell do you surround yourself with these type of thugs who carry around guns? That's very refreshing to hear. Not just from a racial standpoint, but from a life standpoint. There are far too many religions, races, etc. that feel they need to fall into their stereotypes.

This guy is a total joke! He is always into some trouble in some way. He already had a laundry list of past transgressions. I really think the guy has "short mans complex"! His 1st run in with Nashville's finest stemmed from an altercation with a former Cats(arena ball) player who was/is twice his size. Where did this happen? At the club owned by said former Cats player. It always goes down with him at the club. He spit on a college student. Where? At the club! Sensing a trend anybody? I once saw this jerk in the club drinking champaign, then spitting it out on the floor as well as on women who didn't seem to give a frog's fat ass who he was! I'm in total agreement with skinsfan. He is making it that much harder for the next young, talented black athlete to make it. This guy is a total idiot, and deserves to be let go by the Titans. The Titans have a young stud at QB(no pun intended) that is doing positive things here in the Nashville community. This is something that Bud Adams and Jeff Fischer need to handle right away. Bud Adams is a known cheapskate so I'm not sure he would want to pay the guy to go away. But your right. Set an example. They should hold a press conference tomorrow, cut his ass and simply eat the money.

But once they get a chance and alot of money, the humble gratitude kicks in. This guy even sinks below the nba level of stupidity and wanna- be thugness. i just made a new word, i think. anyway I do remember Gibbs answering a question from the media after the draft about why rogers instead of pacman and whoever was the other top cb. and he said one of the main reasons was character flaws with the others. so hail to the front office on that conclusion. seriously i think this dumb ass could get kicked out of the nba! :doh:

wasted talent. great player, but he needs some time behind bars. I heard his bodyguards shot the bouncers, so even if he didn't do the shooting, he did start the riot and ignore the demands of the owner/bouncers and helped escalate the argument to the point where guns came out.

lock him up for being a thug, lock him up for stupidity, it doesn't really matter. this is only the 9th time in under 3 years he's been involved with cops in a bad way.
