My Bad @$$ BBQ Pits are Arriving!
 

As many of you know I'm not just a Redskins freak but a BBQ freak as well. Having started a new BBQ business this year with a friend we ramped up and bought a couple of custom made BBQ pits for me to use. We ordered him a 3rd pit for his existing business too.

Last Saturday 2 of the 3 came. His and a small one of mine. My third and much bigget pit will arrive this Saturday and I'll post pics of it then.

Is that giant bowl at the front of the big trailer for storing BBQ? If so, that's a helluva lot of pork. You could have half naked chicks wrestling in it... That'd be an attention grabber.

700 lbs. of sausage. I spent an hour yesterday reading about Monster Pig.

This weekend I am cooking 20 pork butts and 150 Brats, Beans and Cole Slaw.

150 Brats has got to get me in as Sausage King.

June 16th I'll be cooking for 350 people in a DC Marina. Besides all the sides I will cook 300lbs of pork butts and like 112 Racks of Ribs. I'll see yer cooking and raise you some. lol

Gotta love massive amounts of fired meats!

Nothing my wife would not give me a note for bro.

Yeah I will coat the inside with peanut oil and fire it up and take it up in temp real slow. I'll keep it at 200 degrees for a couple hours and raise it to 250 and roll for about 6 hours before I start cooking on it.
Got lots to cook this weekend and it will be nice to have it all on in 1 one cooker and paying for 1 set of coals.

The thang is tight and right [NOT talking about Hess guys!] and when you make a vent adjustment ity moves. Very well made.

If anyone wants to know they cost about $7K+ each
