F... Cashews
I can't stop eating them.
There is a costco size jar of cashews on the lunch counter every single day and every single day I promise I wont touch them and every single day I fail. I need to go to cashew rehab. |
Re: F... Cashews
I thought you were going to say that cashews were overrated, in which case we would have had a big problem. As it stands, we're cool.
|
Re: F... Cashews
F... Cashews,
Almonds are where it is at. |
Re: F... Cashews
cashews rock. i get the biggest size available, and keep on eating, and eating...
|
Re: F... Cashews
Pistachios.
|
Re: F... Cashews
yeah, they're great but not good for you. Too much salt on em. I have the same problem because they sit on the table in my house and i cop a couple when i walk by. Problem is, i probably do that 4 times a day. Usually they aren't on the table but this week they have been.

Re: F... Cashews
Waiting for Jsarno to add Pinon Nuts :)

Re: F... Cashews
I don't eat Cashews because I'm not sure whether or not I'm allergic. It runs in the family...

That made me chuckle like a fat guy waiting for a bus. |
Re: F... Cashews
Is it healthier to eat nuts or fat free pretzels? Anyone know?
|
Re: F... Cashews
Bless You!
|
Re: F... Cashews
F salted Cashews! I don't get it, why add salt to something that already tastes good?
|
Re: F... Cashews
Anybody ever picked up a generic store brand can of mixed nuts and it boasts how it has "less than 65% peanuts" ?? What's up with that?
I guess they're hoping to cash in on those that are mathematically challenged -- and in this country, that'd be about 65% of us. |
Re: F... Cashews
Cashews are great. Extra time at GOLD'S?
|
Re: F... Cashews
Sunflower seeds are where it's at.
The ranch flavor is money. |
Re: F... Cashews
I think it was a newspaper headline on The Simpsons once: "Closed Cashew Stymies Fatso" over a picture of Comc Book Guy.

Re: F... Cashews
F... Cashews. Curly little bastards. I'll take honey roasted peanuts or smokehouse almonds anyday.
|
Re: F... Cashews
Much love for the cashew. Also much love for the pecan and the walnut.
I love the taste of moist, tender nuts rolling around on my tongue! LOL |
Re: F... Cashews
Ok, that went a little too far.
But I too like the cashew. I like me some honey roasted peanuts too. |
Re: F... Cashews
The "Blue Diamond: wasabi & soy sauce smoked almonds" are where its at, I cant stop eating those damn things. And they make your breath stanky stanky.
|
Re: F... Cashews
I always make a beeline for Pistachios. They are great, and half the fun is opening them. Hot roasted peanuts are great too.
Sunflower seeds are good to go as well. I much on them every day...spit cup's getting nasty, I may need to wash it out soon. Dill pickle ones are choice, but I usually stick with regular. Cashews are good, but certainly not my favorite. And to the question....a handful of mixed nuts are better for you than a serving of fat free pretzels. the nuts have essential fats, whereas the pretzels are pretty much empty calories and sodium. |
Re: F... Cashews
How about toffee crusted pecans? Mostly for the toffee. I think I'd eat toffee covered tumors. Because you can eat around the tumor.

I dig those flavored almonds too. I'm addicted to the chili & lime variety. |
Re: F... Cashews
When I was a kid, I used to drive my mother crazy naming nuts:
Peanut, Pistachio Nut, White Pistachio Nut, Pine Nut, Macadamia Nut.... That's the one that would send her over the edge. She'd say, "70Chip, if you don't quit naming nuts..." |
