After week 1, who's the most overrated?
 

Week 1 is almost complete (will be after the 2 monday nighters), so after week 1, who do you think is the most overrated at this point?

Gonna have to give a vote to Shawn Merriman...he was barely around. Only 2 tackles, and he was lined up as a DE and barely caused any trouble.

Eagles. People are picking them to go the Super Bowl and they lose to the Packers. So to rationalize it, they make the Packers out to be something better than they are. Oh those Packers. End of the line for Philly. Time to retool.

We could dump a shitload of dirt on them next Monday.

I wonder if I've overrated the Rams. And now with Orlando Pace probably out for the year they could really be suffering.

It's week 1, and we all know Jackson is a mega stud...he had an off game. Also, the Panthers are underrated and played extremely well. They could be an NFC champ.

Jackson probably just cost my fantasy team the game this week. Damn you Steven Jackson.

As for being overrated, talk about St. Louis. Everyone had them winning at home and shutting down the Panthers, but look at the egg they dropped. Oh yeah and Oakland's pass d gets the nod here too, they were a big reason that D was #3 in the league a reason ago and the Lions lit them up.

They were really sloppy in coverage. Eli basically picked them apart but his defense was playing even worse then Dallas. Roy Williams in pass defense is a joke. Even Madden, who rides the Cowboys jock, couldn't help mentioning it.

Honestly, you really can't tell anything from the first game. Teams are still ironing out the kinks, and trying to establish their identity, afterall nobody played an entire game with all their starters until this week. I'll cast my vote after week three. Then we should have a good idea who was overrated and who was underrated. Hopefully the Skins will prove to be underrated. I think the Cowboys/Giants game was an anomoly. I doubt those teams will put up those kind of numbers on offense on a consistent basis.

I had a couple of real fantasy duds this week that royally ticked me off. Brees, Steven Jackson, Benson, Branch... to all of these guys all I can say is WTF?!

a skins win on Monday night puts Philly in a heap of trouble. and the over rated has to be the rams. i saw alot of so called experts picking them to win their division

I was so close to dropping plaxico for santonio holmes last week, but thought id wait it out... plax dropped like 35 points on em...

I still want santonio, i think he's gonna see alot of balls this year....

gotta say cooley and lloyd are definitely overrated. Ronnie brown as well. and thats just from our game, didnt get to see much else from other games as I stayed at the stadium a few hours after.
