These look pretty cool, anyone have a fathead?

Yeah, I do I have the Redskins helmet on my living room wall. My wife is so cool to let me put it on our living room wall... It is huge and awesome...

I have a helmet too, it was a bitch to roll back up on the paper when I moved though. other than that i'm satisfied with it.

I also have a panoramic pic of RFK stadium from the 35 yard line with the Redskins playing the Eagles. It is about 36 inches long 12 inches high. Pretty cool I got it last year Christmas shopping. My wife and I went in to a sports shop in Altoona, PA and they were selling off their old stuff I picked it up for $10.00...

I have a few friends that got fatheads and said they are awful. Apparently the ends can get stuck together and they can be easily ruined despite being pricey for what you're actually buying. I've never owned one so I can't personally say either way, but after their problems I wouldn't buy one.

My brother got the Portis Fathead as a gift, but he lives in a small apartment and his wife won't let him put it up. It looks nice. I'm sure he'd sell it for less than retail if anyone is interested. PM me with a price and I'll ask him.

I have the helmet too ! It was a bitch to put up because it kept sticking together. I put mine on my celing.

My uncle has the Portis one in his redskins room it looks nice, but I dont know if its 80 bucks nice

Hey Matt if you wait until right after the Super Bowl FatHead has run a 2 for one special the lat two years. I bought two of the helmet ones, one for my den the other for my office at work. I'll post pics soon.

i,ve got a couple redskin helmets on my walls in my room and they are awesome.. along with about three homedepot cars and a driver one also..
yeah i,m a fathead...just no clinton..i figured i would cover the team with the helmets..

I've never heard a good story about them. Either people ruin them by letting two sticky parts touch and they become permanently bonded together, or they fall down when you're not home and two sticky parts touch and they become permanently bonded together. :D

There's a thread about them on a fantasy football board I browse and there's a ton of nightmare stories about them. Some guy's toddler came over and sat on one spread out on two chairs while the guy was preparing to hang it and in his words "turned the Fathead into a giant taco"...$100+ down the drain. :D

A helmet one would look cool on a wall though. I don't know if you can EASILY move it around like they claim on the ads though.

I moved about 6 months ago and had to remove mine. I've had it up about a year total, its never fallen down are started to. If you do move it or when you decide to put it up it helps to have an extra pair of hands.
