laron!!!!
my game ball goes to landry, what a hit on curtis. potentially saved the game for us. everybody doubted us in this game, go skins!!!!!!
|
Re: laron!!!!
Big time play for a rookie.
|
Re: laron!!!!
Proving he was worth the #6 pick. He was all over the field.
|
Re: laron!!!!
To bad he missed that tough INT, but you have to give it up to him 5tcks 0.5sck 1pd, and that huge hit to save the game.
|
Re: laron!!!!
I was going to start a thread like this--I was very impressed with LL, and against a pass-happy team like Philly, he really played ball. One juke by Westbrook on him, but that hit at the end was sweet revenge on Philly. Great way to win a game. Smacking some punk-ass philly receiver. Nice.
|
Re: laron!!!!
not sure if anyone noticed, and i know this is a laron thread but if he had missed for some reason, taylor would have killed that dude curtis across the middle. mcnasty should have stayed to the outside on that one.
one of my friends in philly said his entire lower level section was screaming for them not to pass down the middle. |
Re: laron!!!!
Why do we always end MNF wins with a big hit by a safety on fourth down?
|
Re: laron!!!!
He'll will never forget that game saving hit on fourth down. It doesn't get much bigger. how big is that draft pick???
|
Re: laron!!!!
dont know. But I love Rocky McIntosh as well.
|
Re: laron!!!!
Ya, for me McIntosh has been the best player out there from week to week (including the preseason). He is a man possessed and just motors to the ball.
|
Re: laron!!!!
what were his numbers on the day? i don't remember hearing his name that often quite frankly...could have something to do with the fact that I watched it in a bar...

Or it could be the fact that the ESPN crew was hard to understand with McNabb's balls in their mouth. |

Laron had 5 tackles and 1/2 a sack. Rocky had a GAME HIGH 9 tackles and 1 sack. |

From the bar....Isnt it interesting after 5 tall beers, how sure you are that the eagles players can hear you from Gainesville, VA? |
Re: laron!!!!
did you see that sack by M. Washington? if not for that brace on his arm he would have stripped the ball. Kudos to the whole defense, they did make me nervous in the end tho

Re: laron!!!!
Damn right LaRon did his thang on MNF he's living up to the #6 pick so far!!!
|
Re: laron!!!!

redskins for life[/quote] I saw that too, kinda hard to see it with all the Iggle blowing they were doing. Kornheiser said he was a homer for Gibbs and the 'Skins and HE didnt even pick us. Then, the graph. Red being state with majority of Eagles choice for the W, Blue being the Skins and it was RED all across the board. Eat Shit America indeed. |

All the coaches were bragging on him. Saying that the only one who was at the park more ( this offseason) than him was JC. |
